Place was nice enough, neighbors were loud late into the night though. Didn't realize this was a long term stay facility, probably would have opted for somewhere different. Room smelled of fish mixed with cleaner.

this is an extended stay property. You have the basics and a nice full size frig and microwave with 2 burner stove top. will need to get some pots and pans plates etc if you are staying awhile but friendly folks and only 3 year old property good GM who cares about the place.

Overall a good place for the one night we booked, minus my parents who stayed in another room finding a hair when turning down the bed. Not exactly close to the downtown area of Missoula which is where we spent most of our time, however it was convenient to the airport.

Overall not a bad property for the one night we stayed. Rooms were very basic and missing some of the hospitality amenities that most might be used to. For example, there is only a small bottle of shampoo, no conditioner or lotion, which is fine since I always bring my own. They have a small kitchen but nothing to use in said kitchen, although there are lots available for purchase or guests can bring their own supplies. Our room was fine, however my parents stayed in another room when they pulled the sheets down they found stands of hair. Not a deal breaker necessarily, but something to mention. When they requested to move rooms the front desk was very accommodating and honored the request to move. Overall it was a good place for the one night we stayed and convenient to the airport, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

I was surprised that hand towels were not available in the bathroom. It was basically an empty hotel room. Would not stay again. The cost was too high for the fact that nothing is provided.

Great overall
The upstairs people were absolutely awful! I wish I would have said something to the front desk. The hotel was great other than they only have 2 pillows on the queen beds. You are right behind a ton of train tracks, so if you are sensitive to sound, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I made a non-refundable booking for this hotel through Expedia. At the time, I searched using the "pet friendly" filter. At the time of the booking and payment, I was required to pay an additional $10 for the pet fee. No problem. Once I got to the hotel and after I checked in, they informed me that they required a "non-refundable" deposit of $50 for the pet. When I mentioned that the booking was already paid for and there was no mention of the "non-refundable" $50 deposit/fee on Expedia. I was then told that I should have known better than to book through Expedia and I should have called the hotel directly or should have booked through the hotel's web page. They took 0 accountability for the information they provided through Expedia being incorrect. I also did not authorize them to charge the $50 fee yet they did it anyway. Now I will have to pursue a refund through my credit card company.

There were only 2 pillows and when I called down for extra, they said that they were all out. There were strands of hair in the bathroom when we first arrived. I liked that the hotel is all secure by key.. and inside of the room was nice and updated.

Our room smelled like an old, dirty, musty closet. There were animal scratches on the furniture and hair on the counter in the bathroom around the plastic cups. We were given the option to move to another room or leave without a refund and we decided to leave.

Nicest manager on-site (corperate mgr from CA). Inexpensive, adequate for sleeping. Except bar of soap, bring your own everything.

this hotel is the motel 6 of extented stay suites. fair stay for the price. you get what you pay for. helpful staff made the stay ok. close to shopping and many places to eat.

Location was a easy off the freeway, but a little bit confusing to get to due to the street pattern. Front desk person was very helpful and efficient. Room was very clean.

Decent for the price
We stayed for a quick overnight trip. It was clean. It does allow dogs and one was barking for quite a while in the middle of the night. Also it’s a 4 person room and there were only 2 towels for the 3 of us. We had to go ask for more which was inconvenient to discover.
