“Convenient location.”
Hotel was fine. Breakfast provide something for everyone.
“Bad experience”
We were checked into an already occupied room, then given a new room with dirty sheets, then the TV didn't work.... The hotel did correct the problems, but very inconvenient and just didn't feel clean.
“Flooding may have made service substandard”
Staff were harried and not very helpful. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Less than adequate shower. Wireless speed was slower than 3G. This was 2 days before the Mouse river crested, so the staff might have had other things on their minds, but the other conditions were not worth what I paid.
“O.K. but hotel is in need of a facelift.”
Very, very small breakfast room with v. v. few tables in a full hotel. You go up a half flight of stairs to a small space in the pool area. Line ups were long, place was packed, people sneezing everywhere. We had no room to get food. For those who did you go back down the stairs to eat at a plastic table poolside. We went out to a restaurant for breakfast.
“Quick stopover”
Always stay at Kelly Inn anywhere in N Dakota. Warm, friendly experience.

Checkin very quick and friendly. Lots of info on checkin also. Room was nice , clean and worth the money. Close to mall. Parking good. Cont breaky was decent.
“Happy with Minot !”
We went for a week for our 10th Anniversary so it was nice to leisurely shop. The hotel was full on the weekends but quieter during the day when we could sit in the hot tub. Breakfast always nicely done. Unfortunately many other guests did not clean up after themselves, making more work for the staff.

Didn't get the specific room type I booked, but provided with adequate replacement Booked online for internet rate Impressed with the waffle machine provided at the continental breakfast bar
“Brief stay was okay”
My son and I stayed at the Kelly Inn during the Easter break. We found the room to be clean - although the beds we had in our room were well worn (saggy in the middle) so thankfully we each had our own. We found the hotel to be quiet, however I'm not sure how many guests were there at the time. The continental breakfast was better than many we've had with the added feature of make your own waffles. Certainly the location is a bonus - right across the road from the mall. Overall, our stay was short but pleasant.
“Was noisy place to stay.”
Because it was Easter weekend, there was a lot of drinking in the rooms around us. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the rooms. Outside our door someone had thrown up. Quite a picture!!
