Tasteful indoor decor and furnishings. A casserole dish would have been handy to cook porridge in rather than shallow dessert plates. A very comfortable bed and unit.

We loved the fact that swimming pool was there and we put our feet into the water. This was unique about Accommodation Te Puna. Staff were lovely and helpful. A bit far from the central city.

It is a pleasant motel however the bedroom is hot in summer and it has no aircon, they provide a desk fan but not sufficient. There is no kitchen. There is no decent sky TV, only the uninteresting channels. Overall it a nice motel.

Nice place to spend a couple of nights. Tidy, although one room smelled damp. We Had issues with the Heat Pump switching off, but when it was on it worked well. The iron had some marks on it, so couldn't really use it. Would stay they're again if I happened to be in the area.

Great stay, unfortunately, our vehicle was hit by another guest and the receptionist was unable to view surveillance footage. Otherwise great price, location to where we needed to be, friendly cleaner and great they allowed an early check out due to an unforeseen personal circumstance

Our plans had been rearranged so we were going to arrive at quite late, the staff were friendly and arranged for us a late self check-in. Our room was the perfect size for just us two, we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and everyday we got back our room had been serviced. Parking right outside our room as well as the pool for a morning dip before heading out. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The motel was a handy place to stay for one night for a visit to relatives. There were no outstanding features or negative features to report.

Nice and easy access to the chalets. However our chalet did not meet the cleanliness of most other motels. The floors were dirty, cob webs on the couch, utensils and oven trays quite dirty. Also the heater in our unit did not work. Condiments for cups of tea or coffee not supplied, only a jug. However it was good being able to book the one unit for upto 6 guests. The property has a pool available for all guests, however the pool was dirty and did not look safe to use. The noise from other chalets travels at night. Overall not a completely bad stay, just not what I would expect for the price. And cleanliness needs to be of a higher standard.

Comfortable just needs to have tea coffee sugar milk. Nothing to have a cupa with. Also no oven dishes for the oven to cook with.

Nice place with a local bar across the road and five minute drive to Bethlehem which has a great shopping centre almost equivalent to an Auckland shopping centre with eateries, Kmart etc.The room was clean and had featured high angled celling and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool.

Had issue with management the only thing in writing about visitors was no visitors in peak season, we stayed off peak and they made the rules up as they pleased. When it come to sorting any problems they did not speak with the card holder but the visitors themselves . The room is in much need of an update the inroom kettle was putrid dirty and they stock no basic essentials.
