Degusting was just in town for the took a shower in that dirty ass room when I first got there there were police arresting a drug dealer and a prostitute im shower in that dirty tub tried to lay down tv didn't work and it was loud as hell outside i called and friend to pick me up and get the hell out if there ghetto disgusting dangerous i put my key on the table and left around 10 do not go here at all and checking in who has bullet proof glass behind the check i counter horrible place who could tell something was outoff rite away it looks likable like a project

The carpet was stained , the shower curtain was filthy , the bedding was dated , the computer chair had a huge rip in it . I slept with towels on the sheets and pillows . They did provide multiple towels.

Low cost high standards
Cheap, fairly clean nothing that made us go ew just some missed vacuuming. Service was very friendly and the beds are extremely comfortable. I would expect those beds in $150 room not a $65 room. Definitely staying here again

Place was extremely ran down and there was remnants of dead roaches on the walls. Hotel staff did not know how to properly use a computer

Check-in and out was easy. Nice amenities, like fridge, microwave and DirectTV with HBO! The room was clean, but worn with chipped doors and paint, scuffed walls and worn carpet. I slept well. Would have given a higher rating if it wasn't for the wear.

Actually, you stayed with us two nights. We found ashes and smoke smell in Room 141. You may not smoke, but as the registered guest, you are the responsible party.

I like that it feels like a community due to other long term tenants also being there. It's also close to my work which is convenient. I don't like that we had no hot water for 3 days and instead of getting a free night, we were offered another room to shower in... especially since most of the occupants are long term stays because of housing issues in our city. Most of the staff are great, but there are a couple during the day that act like you are inconveniencing them, and have an attitude with you when they are pretty much charging fluctuating fees with no discount for long term stays.

Thanks for your feedback Brittany. We apologize for the hot water issue. Our main pipe for your building had a water leak, which we repaired as soon as possible. Also, every hotel has long-term stays. We currently have a large group who are working on a temporary project. Once completed, they will depart.
