Great Room but Night Disturbance
Room is great and updated; would have loved to use the nice workout room but our stay was super brief; the only issue we had the one night we stayed was there was a couple or someone fighting late at night, disturbed twice by this type of noise, probably coming in the entrance since we were on the 1st floor; it was extremely loud and we were not able to get a good night's rest.

Worst Service in 5 years
The hotel is great. The staff is great. Ive been coming here for over 2 years (basically since they opened) The bartender was more concerned about sharing photos on his ipad , than serving guest. Waited almost 10 minutes - before I hadto approah him and ask for a drink, Took almost 15 minutes to get 1 drink. I was told the bar closes at 10pm. I got there at 9:00 - got 1 drink at 9:20. At 9:30I asked for another drink becasue how long it toook for 1st drink and I was told that they were closed. When I asked why didnt you say anything, I was told he makes the decisons and that "not sure what mom & pop bars" I go to but he didnt have to annoucne he was closing 30 minutes early, Never been this disrespected by a lazy bartender that clearly didnt care about his guests. I have stayed at this hotel on busoiness at least 10 times. Every time, everyone is super nice and friendly until this time. NEVER AGAIN

Hotel was very nicely decorated and clean. Room was spacious, clean, and modern. My room was near the elevator but still very quiet. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay!
Excellent stay! We attended a conference at the connected conference center. It worked out great! The staff was wonderful all three days!!! The rooms were clean and spacious and the location is nestled right next to a mall with many food options. We will most definitely stay here again!

This is the best set up for a hotel and with its location. Literally across the parking lot in the mall with plenty of shopping and eating. Extremely clean and steff were friendly and professional.

They charged for coffee and tea at night. There are many similar hotels that have complimentary coffee and tea 24 hours. The hotel also does not come with complimentary breakfast like other hotels that are similar.

Clean hotel in a great location!
Beautiful new hotel! Everything was super clean, and hotel staff were all very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again next time we return to the area.

Excellent hotel
We are from the area and stayed while visiting family. The rooms were spotless. We also had the breakfast, which is an additional charge but fresh and great variety. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, bed was comfy. Nice breakfast but too bad it's not included with the stay. Chose this location because I needed an EV charging station. Would be huge if it was only for hotel guests and not a public station that you have to pay for. Otherwise, we had a very nice overnight stay.

In advance, I booked and paid via Expedia. But, when I checked in at Hilton Garden Inn, the front-desk person told me my advance credit card payment with Expedia wasn't successful. The front-desk person required me to pay (again) using my credit card. Realizing I'd be double-charged, I then chatted with Expedia via their mobile app, and an Expedia person called the Hilton Garden Inn assistant GM. Expedia had properly charged my card. It was Hilton Garden Inn that was wrong in having me pay again using my card. The Hilton Garden Inn assistant GM was prompt and friendly in resolving the issue (crediting my card) after speaking with the Expedia service representative. All other aspects of my one-night stay with Hilton Garden Inn were excellent.

Had driven 25 hours from Massachusetts without sleep. When we arrived at the hotel. We were exhausted and wanted to eat and sleep. When we went into the restaurant the bartender was almost insistent that we sit at the bar. We do not drink and did not wish to sit at the bar and found him a bit disgruntled over it. I asked for a cup of tea and the bartender simply stated he did not serve hot beverages. My burger was undercooked. The room was fabulous. My husband's tacos were wonderful. Everything else was as we expected.
