Staff was extremely unknowledgeable or helpful. We received a key without a room number, no help with parking or information about the site amenities. Was not up to HILTON brand standard.

The property is on the water, it has a nice scenic walk area around it. It was pretty quiet for room location we had. The room was clean. The staff was ok, but the girl I had during my checkout needs be to more attentive to me and not FB on her phone. I found that rude..Last impressions are just as important as first ones.

We have stayed here multiple times. This time was the worst. We went to our room. This was a yogurt left in the refrigerator,a sock in the corner of the bed, a pill on the floor. The breaking point was pulling back the sheet and finding what looked like puke on the comforter. We went to the front desk we were moved but nothing further.

We usually have a great morning breskfeast but when we got there at 1000 am there were no plates and they gave us paper plates like a picknick! Also they were out of eggs and sassge which is why we go so I got our money back and ate at a great resteruant on the way home.

When I checked in the pool area was under going a deep clean so I couldn't enjoy the pool. Later on the pool area was open but there was a children's party going on so again it wasn't an enjoyable time. Upon entering my room I noticed there wasn't a luggage bench and a end table were missing as well. I have stayed here many times but this stay was not the best.

Breakfast was expensive for only being mediocre. Hot Food wasn’t hot. Worst Wi-Fi connection I’ve ever encountered at any hotel anywhere They brought clean towels but didn’t make up the room or take the dirty towels

Great Service
Had a bad experience at another property in the area and had to switch hotels late at night. Service at reception and check-in was exceptional and really helpful to get us settled for the night.
