Great place…
Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2.

Shambles from start to finish, The screen they send you for £100 deposit did not work for me as I've used that portal before and no longer had that phone so couldn't log in, after hours of backwards and forwards they let me pay by Bank transfer. Took me about 30 seconds, took them 11 days to return after constant chasing. Communication was poor, I wanted to enquire if car park has height barrier (it doesn't) but 40 minutes later I still hadn't heard anything. You walk up to apartment to be greeted by homeless in tents and on mattresses right outside and they are noisy at night. After getting the code for door, then code for key box I was in. Bathroom and bedroom decent. Reported broken table immediately but was never fixed or replaced. Coffee machine with no coffee pods. The view is terrible. I would not recommend.

Don’t book this it’s a scam!
This is a complete and utter scam, arrival instructions don’t match the advert, you can’t get into the property and the phone number doesn’t work, the host doesn’t respond to messages via the hotels.com portal either. So once they take your payment in full that’s it your are done for as there’s no refunds, no communication nothing just you left stuck outside so flats with all your bags in the freezing cold
