Location: Posizione perfetta per chi deve prendere un volo la mattina presto
L albergo è molto buono ma il servizio di check in di qualita pessima. Nonostante ci fossero due addetti al ricevimento e solo due persone già al bancone (un cliente per addetto), ci sono voluti 10 minuti prima che arrivasse il mio turno. La prenotazione da me fatta su Expedia non è stata trovata nel sistema dell hotel e fortunatamente ne avevo copia nello smart phone. A questo punto l addetta, gentile, si è eclissata per altri 10 minuti per andare a verificare in direzione la veridicità della mia prenotazione. Al ritorno, presentando le sue scuse, mi è stato offerto l upgrade di stanza (ma non sono tutte identiche???) e l internet gratuito. In totale 25 minuti per il check in. Il ristorante è stato ottimo ed il cameriere (Luciano??) piu che perfetto In conclusione, a parte il check in, tutto ottimo

Convenient to airport for early flight

Pros: Proximity to airport for a 7 am flight.
Cons: A better room provided for Expedia guests. The hotel was not full. Checking in I had the feeling they preferred customers to book direct with them.
Location: A great location for the airport access. The hotel resteraunt provided reasonable food.
The room provided was cold and it's proximity on the first floor to large open doors with a very cold hallway. The room never warmed up despite increasing heat control temperature which only made more noise with no additional heat. Likely the filter was clogged. We booked a mountain view and instead had a parking lot and highway view being on the lowest floor. The check in clerk mused that it would be dark in a couple hours anyway? The room provided showed wear and tear with the wallpaper peeling at the joints, dents and scuffs to furniture and walls from usage with only one set of towels and robes despite being booked for 2. Overall this was the weakest hotel of a week spent traveling in Italy.

Great modern hotel at Milan Malpensa airport. Location is excellent - connected to terminal 1. Very nice and helpful staff, big and comfortable room.

Hotel was clean, neat and and so convenient to the airport. Service at the bar restaurant was very slow but there was a big dance event so the bartenders were doing everything. Food was ok not great but staff was wonderful especially a female bell hop made me feel so happy to be there and she was the most helpful. Will never forget her smile. I am a business owner of retail stores and believe the first and last people a customers sees have to be wonderful to leave a lasting good impression. And both side of your hotel did. If I ever fly out of Milan again I will stay there again and recommend to those traveling. Thank you again

Milan/Switzerland trip

Great hotel! We decided to stay here to avoid traffic issues in the morning at Milan and we were glad we did! After taking the extremely slow Malpanza Express which is not an express, but a local train that stops about 10 times from Milan to the airport and takes just under an hour, we were happy to find the Sheraton in the airport. The hotel was traditional American hotel so we had a king size bed, nice amenities, nice size shower, and room service. Bed was comfortable, shower head adjustable type for tall and short people and room was situated such that you did not hear the airplane noise. One issue was they allow small dogs and of course, a small yappy dog was loud and obnoxious and took multiple calls to get someone to calm the dog down. This only lasted for an hour when the dog decided to begin to bark again. The noise echoed throughout the hallway and was extremely annoying so ensure you find out where the dogs are when you check in. The club for dog members was nice and food was also Americanized so not the great Italian taste, but above average for American food. With respect to cleanliness, remember this hotel allows dogs and this is inside if airport where here is no place to walk the dog so carpet has the dog has done its business here kind of feel.

There's nothing wrong with this place, and the staff were uniformly helpful and polite, but the condition of the hotel, and the design of the hotel, is really not what I expected from any hotel. Looks rundown even though it is pretty new. Felt like I was walking through the service corridors. And carpets were all poorly laid and were a tripping hazard. Getting anywhere required long walks through vacant spaces. Felt like the airport itself, which is a disaster. But very close to things. Food was fine. Clean and neat enough. Just disconcerting for anyone who actually pays attention to surroundings.

In urgent need of refurbishment

I was told the hotel is only 4 years old. The furniture in my room was badly chipped. The plug in the hand basin was broken. The bar and restaurant have the ambiance of a hospital. I was very disappointed

noisy heard kitchen staff all night

My husband and I stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early flight. When we arrive the desk staff joked that my husband's name was on the room but it had someone else also assigned to the room. He quickly fixed this. He told us he gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. The room was on the second floor. We were kept awake all night until 5 am with the sound of kitchen staff talking loudly and dishes being cleaned. We called the desk but nothing changed. The kettle in the room was broken. We wanted to make some tea. We were told to call the kitchen and hot water would be delivered to our room. It was, all 3 oz of it. We called again and received another 3 oz to make two an 8 oz cup of tea. We finally gave up. The room was expensive and we got no sleep all night. It was like a bad 3 star hotel. Never again. I should be reimbursed the ridiculous price I paid

Location: airport location so, in my opinion, this is not a place to stay for sight-seeing
Being in the international terminal is just so convenient. No hassle getting to the airport; just a quick walk from the hotel to the check-in area. Fantastic.
