They might surprise you :)
They redeemed themselves - check in was so transactional, no one helped me with luggage at all but during my 2 day trip, I found that the dinner at the hotel restaurant was hearty and filling, and they allowed for late check out so all good in the end

Staff are kind, but unaware of how to take care of guests or handle their own basic responsibilities. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room. We went all the way to the room and took our four pieces of heavy luggage up there with us only to find out we had to move everything to a different room. They did not help us. They gave us a different room with the correct bed but with the wrong bathroom. We checked into there anyways because we were so exhausted after two weeks of traveling. we stayed one night and went out for lunch. When we came back after lunch, our key did not work for our room. We had to go back down to reception and get a key that worked. They had no excuse for why the key didn’t work and said their system was down. They had no further information. When I booked this room, I said it was for two people. When I arrived, there was only one robe in the room and one set of slippers. They knew we were two people. I went down and asked for another robe and they said they did not have one. Finally, the room that I had booked had two sinks in the bathroom. The one I ended up getting only had one. By that point, we were so exhausted that we just completed our stay and decided we’d handle it through Expedia. I did let the staff know my concerns and gave them an opportunity to fix it and they didn’t do it. They just said I’m sorry. The amenities are the bare minimum but it is clean. It’s a bit loud, I think it’s next to a train. Very central location.

Understaffed and underwhelmed.
Understaffed to manage guests and phones. There was only one front desk person. We were asked to wait in the lobby , but she forgot about us. I had to call the front desk to get her attention. No apology or offer of any amenities to mitigate the poor service.

Good service , cleanliness, convenient , close to restaurants and 15 min from the Milan Station, quite expensive to be a more type of business travel rather than a pleasure travel

Nice comfortable rooms, our first choice in Milan
Nice clean comfortable room. Good AC. Fridge has drinks and snacks but no price list, they're not free. Breakfast buffet is excellent. You can make coffee at the machine or ask for it at the breakfast bar and they will bring it to you.

- Air conditioning was not working. Room temperature was above 26°C. So, we had to open the window. It was very loud. - The water didn't flow enough in the shower / bath. It was stacking. - We asked for room service we wanted to have a drink. It was around 9 pm. It was not possible. - We took a prosecco out of the fridge, it was not drinkable at all. It was either extremely old or very poorly maintened

The reception desk personnel handle our request very promptly. They speak English well and understand the guess well enough. Seamless checkin. Good location and walking distance to the Duomo. Recommended:)

Not the best hotel... but the city was amazing!!
Rated as 4 star in hotels.com Absolutely not 4 star. Bed was comfortable / front desk was very helpful.... but the room was absolutely not a great room. And no coffee making facilities / etc.

Check-in was quick and smooth, location isn't the best. It's located out of area c which makes a good spot if you have a car with you, parking is also located at the hotel but with very limited spaces. There is an underground parking for about 20 Euros per night.

I can consider my stay here as 4stars. This is my first time staying at NH group hotels and it was great. The staff were friendly specially Rocco, the guy who checked me in. I got an early check-in and everything was good. The location is really good if you like to walk as it will take you almost 25 min to reach the centre of milan. You have a supermarket next to you (5 min) walking. Starbucks is 10 min walking. There is a park next to you. I would recommend the hotel if you are stay for short trip in Milan.

The hotel is ideally placed for all attractions whether you like to walk or take the metro. Best of all, the staff are exceptional: friendly and helpful

Okay hotel, very old property. And not very convenient when it comes to using metro station. It's a good 10mins walk for both station. If you are not wanting to use metro then hotel is fine.

The room and facilities were more than adequate for a family of 3. The super king size bed was an added bonus. The customer service provided by the reception staff was exceptional. The location of the hotel was approximately a 20 minute walk from the Duomo, however we were only a 1 minute walk from the trams and 5 minute walk to Central Station. A superb location which enable us to window shop along the way. Will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. Very accommodating! Ronald, young guy from El Salvador, by the front desk was very helpful! He gave us some great tips for things to do in the area! The hotel was excellent and short walks from the city center! Very accessible. The breakfast was a great choice Ronald recommended at the hotel. Honestly he is a great person to have at the front lobby.

Spent 1 evening here on our way to Bellagio. As we pack to leave the next morning we left an envelope of US dollars on the bed. We received an email from the hotel that the staff that came in to clean the room found the money and turned it in to the front desk. We were very impressed with the honest and integrity of the hotel staff!,

Good hotel, just a bit too far from metro stations
The hotel is pretty good, but it is just a little too far from the two nearest metro stations. One feels it when it rains heavily.
