Stayed for one night and it was just what we needed. In a safe area and a 15-20 minute walk to all the main sights. Staff was friendly and prompt. Would stay again for a short term trip as the rooms are very small, especially for two people.

They let me check in early which was nice after an international flight. Took advantage of their jacuzzi and sauna. Nice spa options. Restaurant with outdoor dining is super cute.

The hotel is in a good location. However, there was a lot of noise coming in from the main street as well as other guests could easily be heard walking in and out of rooms. Also, the bed sheets were not changed during the entire stay.

Great location, nice staff
The hotel is at a great location lots of restaurants nearby, the room was a little small I got a Junior suite which had an odd upstairs loft with a TV mini bar and couch but I never used it so I probably could’ve save some money just booking a normal room. The bed was comfortable and they had good Covid controls in place

Excellent!
It was a beautiful hotel and we offered a cheap upgrade to a stunning two-floor loft, with a large balcony. Throughly pleased with the spacious, contemporary, hip, elegant room we were given. It is also in prime location with easy walking to the tourist sites and amazing donning. I do recommend.

Disappointing vacation stay.
At the arrival nobody helping for unloading the luggage from the car. Asking if a valet was available the answer was “go park the car by yourself” without providing information where to park (just after having asked ...), the towels where with holes...the ceiling in the air conditioning area with black hand signs....when we returned in the evening the room was not cleaned up and reset....really disappointing for an hotel of this level. We had to ask to move to another facility and the receptionist was really accommodating and helpful. The NH Collection (just located to the other side of the road) is absolutely at another level. Not comparable even if both are rated 4 stars. I totally recommend to book the NH Collection.

Milan for the F1
Great location for the lively bars and restaurants of the financial district. 25min walk to Duomo and the glitz of the shopping district but a good location for the 10min walk to the train station. Extremely helpful staff and a good clean hotel. My room was on the small side compared to others staying at the hotel but was impressed overall.

Noisy room! Constant whirring and buzzing noises 24h/day. The building plumbing is so loud when another guest upstairs showers or flushes the toilet it comes crashing down the pipes in my bathroom. Very very loud. So loud it woke me up over and over during the night. Made it hard to sleep.
