Booked this as a last minute whilst i was already in Milan. Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. I was told off for not informing the hotel that i was vegan and then i had vegan croissants made specially for me and they were really good. I definitely would recommend and would book again should i visit Milan again

What a treasure! This is a lovely well-run hotel!! While the room was a bit small, the bath was very large and updated. Our small terrace allowed us to catch the refreshing morning air. The staff is highly efficient and friendly. We highly recommend this property for its location and for an all-around wonderful experience.

静かで落ち着きのある通りに面し、少し歩けば素敵なカフェやレストランに行き着き、またチャイナタウンやパリの凱旋門辺りのような雰囲気のある通りにも近く、ロケーションも良い。 ホテルは清潔でスタッフの笑顔やホスピタリティも気持ち良く心地よい滞在であった。次回もここにしたいと思っている。

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was great! The breakfast was wonderful. The bathroom was large and very clean. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Would highly recommend! Only disappointment was that we werent staying longer!

The hotel was a bit out of the way from the main attractions in Milan but still within walking distance and good access to transportation. The hotel is nice but the walls are thin. The breakfast is typical continental variety but Mateo makes a great cappuccino and always makes you feel welcome.

Really enjoyed my stay views from room were great so close to the famous arch. Struggled to find busy restaurants in area but lots just a quick trip to central which is very easy

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes nearby, and if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk it is not bad! The area seemed safe to walk in alone at night (I did multiple times as a young woman and never felt unsafe). Thanks again to all at Lancaster Hotel for a great stay!

Arguably, it was very hot in Milan but the room would not cool below 25.9 C. Also the room was cramped and to have luggage open it blocked the exit door. The staff was incredible and made the stay overall, very pleasant.

This is a wonderful hotel which is within walking distance of many places such as the Castello. The rooms were super clean and the only thing I would say that could be improved is additional electrical outlets. However they had good USB connections by the beds. Breakfast was superb and everyone on staff is helpful and friendly

Lovely hotel. A little old fashion but adds to the charm. Staff were very attentive and would do anything to help . Rooms clean and everything worked well . Lovely shower and great aircon in the heat . Complimentary soft drinks and water also a nice touch in the room mini bar . Breakfast as expected, good continental selection and a few other options , great to start the day .

Staff was great, the room was good size, breakfast was good when the room wasn’t too crowded, shower was small with great water pressure, and walking distance to Corso Sempione which was great for dining and drinking. The only downside was noise can be heard from other rooms and hallways. Not the greatest insulation I guess. Good place though.

We stayed at the Lancaster for a few nights at the beginning of our trip and at the end. We enjoyed the location, which is in a residential neighborhood, near a beautiful park. The room and bathroom were comfortable and the staff were always helpful and courteous.
