Good
Nice hotel near the central station, with clean and good-size rooms, simple but varied breakfast. It is kind of far from the city center, though.

Check in was okay room Amenities were just straight lies heating /AC unit control by front desk by midnight everything is shutdown and in suite control unit wasn’t working room was set for temperature of 22 degrees thermostat showed 27 degrees complained to front staff no issue fix will not plan to comeback there . One additional things dot not disturbs was ON at all time but cleaning staff still decide to invade our privacy

The room and shower were very small. Breakfast was average. The cost of this room should be less than 80 euros. We stayed at way better hotels in Rome and Genoa for 50-70 less euros.

Handy location but small
Location was great, with only a short uncomplicated walk from centrale station. Close to other transport links too. We arrived early and whilst it wasn't an issue to leave baggage, the initial reception wasn't too friendly. Later, when we arrived back to complete checking in, it was much better. Room was small but ok. Compact bathroom. Bed was very firm, for me personally, it was too hard, but personal preference. (different person). Breakfast was very average. It happened to be included in the rate we got, otherwise we wouldn't have chosen it. Room and other areas were clean. Ok when on a budget.

The hotel was in a great location with good transport links. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It doesn't have it's own restaurant or bar but we didn't need that. Breakfast was adequate for the price we paid - good value overall I think.

While the room and decor looked nice, the air conditioning and fan did not work. Even though it wasn't that warm outside, the temperature in the room kept rising all night, but the HVAC system in the building next door was so loud that we couldn't leave the window open. The shower did not drain and immediately started to flood the bathroom. The breakfast was terrible. The croissants tasted like plastic and the juice was gritty and tasted like it had been made from a powdered mix. The coffee was not bad.

Definitely my place in Milan!
This is a good hotel in good location. Fabulous location for getting the fast train the Rho Fiera - Republicca station is round the corner and train S5 and S6 goes direct in about 15 mins. Rooms are basic but clean - although the shower head could do with a descale (which I feel I do every time I stay here - it’s 3rd time I stayed) Breakfast std continental (bread, pastries, Meat, cheese, fruit, yogurt) nothing fancy but good. There is an incredible restaurant right next door which is amazing if you’ve been on your feet all day at the Fiera and want some fantastic food without going far. It’s definitely my place for any Milan trip!

Conveniently located near the railway stations but near a shady parc. Also rooms are quite small and the light from the hallway shows under the door which was rather unpleasant. Beds are fine, and bathrooms too

A very pleasant stay
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Sempione, staff were friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast with a great selection of pastries, meat and cheese, fruit and yogurt and a lovely coffee. Rooms were basic but comfortable, the bathroom was a little bit small but this was expected so no complaints. We were also able to store our luggage after checking out on our last day which was a huge help. The hotel is well located near to trams and metro stations so getting around is no problem at all. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others visiting Milan for a short city break!

The staff was rude at check in not sharing any information about the hotel ie breakfast times. He told us not to walk because it was dangerous which was not noted when booked. This morning we went down for breakfast and I noticed it may have been too late. I asked and the gentleman said to come in but started talking bad about Canadians since breakfast was over. The staff was making unpleasant faces. I told him he should not have said yes if the intent was not to welcome us. We left. I guess he did not realize I understood Italian. Clearly they don’t appreciate Canadians staying at the hotel.

Terrible, don't expect much!
Terrible. The rooms are tiny and the staff is rude. Especially the reception... They can't speak English well so communication is a struggle. The hotel has not got parking available( they got car parking across the road and it €20 a day to park even tho it is advertised as parking available. Breakfast is absolutely terrible. The only positive thing is the hotel is a little bit off the centre of Milan but it is still within walkable distance

Es un hotel viejo en aparente proceso de remodelación. Se notan las áreas comunes que han sido remodeladas y luego están las habitaciones que están muy viejas. Nuestra habitación era muy pequeña con un baño/ducha minúscula. El desayuno es básico, pero cubre las necesidades; aunque parece tener más concurrencia de la que puede contener. En líneas generales, está ok para una estadía corta de una o, a lo sumo, 2 noches máximo.

The hotel was great for our purposes except that the air conditioner did not go below about 76 degrees Fahrenheit. The main thing you do at a hotel is sleep and that was too hot for us to get to sleep and stay asleep. It was terrible. Everything else was great.

The staffs are very nice. Parking is easy, there is a underground parking nearby. Eating is not difficult. I think it is convenient to take bus/train, and so on. Pretty good hotel. Only drawback is that one side of the hotel is a kind of noisy specially lower level floor, I think it is due to facing a noisy road. The other side of the hotel is quiet. Wifi sometimes is slow. Hope to enhance WIFI quality in the future.

Feels like a 1 star hotel
Horrible AC system. Can't turn it on without using your room key. When you do turn it on it takes hours for the room to cool down. During the night, the AC system would turn off. Waking up multiple times at night. Too expensive for a crappy system.

Had a quadruple family room. Extremely tight space (other quads we stayed in Italy cost less and had more space). Elevator did not work one day (we were on 3rd floor). Internet did not work almost at all (very problematic). A stain on a blanket. Breakfast ok. Asked for an iron; No iron available in the hotel. Some at front desk nice, especially the night shift. Day shift not so much- arrived only 20 min before check-in time; not allowed in room until exact time.
