The heating temperature unfortunately is the maximum allowed in the City of Milan, and we cannot break this municipal regulation. About the breakfast, usually our guests are satisfied of the service, our breakfast is generally appreciated, 3/4 kinds of cakes, 6/8 kind of croissants, toasts, jam, bread, fruit, yogourt, muffin, cookies, cereals, juices, milk, coffee, cappuccino, tea, as well as scrumbled eggs, ham, salami and cheese. Dear Mr Turgay, we are deeply surprised regarding your negative feed back and we regret not having lived up to your expectations. However it's my task added details in order to explain how the facts really happened: First of all you gave us an uncovered credit card and we exceptionally waiting for you without any guarantee. That's explain how we take care of our guests Second we welcome you as we love to do usually but you replied unrespectfully to the receptionist at the desk just because he asked you to wear the mask at your arrival (mandatory in closed space in Italy for safety reason) Third we remind you that unfortunately during this period is not possibile show our smile caused we are obliged to wear the safety mask at work. Despite this we have learned to smile with our eyes. And finally I would like to emphasize that all our guests are important for us and the students we have in Camplus are they too part of our assets, education and respect has no age, next time follow their example and you won't go wrong We are always open to a comparison and for a clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.
