Fantastic location within 5 minutes of the Duomo and 3 minutes from the Missouri station. Property itself is very old, not well lit inside, the hot water is not really hot, the toilet flush doesn't work well, the TV doesn't work

not even hot water, no water pressure, mosquitoes everywhere, sink leaks, freezing, no proper bed sheets, the whole place creeks like it’s gonna fall apart, dust and paint particles everywhere, really looks like super old and run down. Heating did not work and waa freezing. Internet not working. Terrible experience and nobody to speak to. Online messages ignored.

The best part of this stay was checking out . Not a very clean property , no shampoo provided , no Ac and no hot water . Very noisy and not a great experience . Will defientively not recommend …

Brilliant place
The apartment was amazing, very clean and quiet, with towels, kettle, glassed and the wine opener:) the lift was also available, and it is very close to the cathedral and loads of local shops. Karim provided exceptional customer service, we will book it again when in Milan. Well recommended, thank you!

Bed bugs, a door that doesn’t close, a glass door with a light that doesn’t turn off behind it, noisy people in the other apartment all day and all night, no privacy, windows that don’t close even, rains inside, no hot water, no water pressure. Maybe don’t consider that place an apartment.

Customer support was awful and aggressive and I payed 30 euros extra just to come 3 hours early. Room was cold and informed them in advance that that it is cold but nothing changed and I felt cold and sick now. I have never seen such a service and room. Not clean towels.

Check-in went well. The shower was not clean and there was sewage smell that come out of from the bathroom, so we had to make sure to leave the toilet top closed and the bathroom door closed at all times. Also, the stairs and the elevator leading to our room smelled like urine. The light in our room, next to the door entrance, would also randomly turn on and off during the night. During the last two days of our stay, the wi-fi didn't work, which was important for us since we were working remotely. Administration called the network to resolve the issue, but couldn't get it resolved before we left. I understand that the people at the front desk can't resolve all of these issues, but the accommodation administration still needs to do major work. The only upside was that it was very close to all of the major attractions.

Terrible, mould smell, no AC. When I got there it looked like a courtyard from a horror film. I was given the room, which had no AC, inside was very humid and couldn't breath because of the mould smell. At night, I had to leave the windows open so I could get some air coming in but I did not close an eye all night, because of the noise. The second night I was offered another apartment, which had a very aged AC which made a terrible loud noise and of course I couldn't sleep at all. The mould smell was present there too and got bitten by mosquitos. Overall, the stay was terrible.

litte place right in town...
The flat was good! Just the outside was a bit confusing and no sings, toke me a good 30 minutes to find and open they door. I guess, the receptionist could had take me to my apartment but she was more interested in leave as I back there with 5 minutes and she was gone... in side of the flat was functional and clean. Good space

Beautiful accommodation
This was a wonderful stay. It felt homely and the staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. It was situated right in the city centre, close to some of the best food spots in town. I would highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommended, great value for money
My friend and I stayed for 2 nights in 2019. The location is fantastic; close to all Milan has to offer. The receptionist was kind and helpful and the cleanliness of the room and shared bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. All in all, far more than what we were expecting. Very good value and recommended as a comfortable base in the heart of the city.

This is completely false advertising. The rooms are tiny bare bone hostel rooms, nothing like the picture advertised by the hotel. Nothing. The shared bathroom is nicer than the actual room, which has a door that doesn’t close unless you lock it. The room is super loud and you can hear everything and there is nothing nice about this place and please don’t be fooled by the fancy FAKE pictures.

Great location and good value for money
The location of the hotel is hidden in a side street and quite hard to find, although when you know where it is, you’ll see is very close to the Main Street. This hotel is within 2 minutes walk of the cathedral and giant shopping centre. The staff were very pleasant and spoke very good English. The room was tiny, by tiny I mean literally just a bed in a room which is almost touching the walls, but if you’re like me and not actually in your room much except for when you’re sleeping then this is fine. The price of 50 pounds / 57ish euro was I thought a little steep compared to other hotels I’ve been to in Italy especially considering we were using a shared bathroom, however everything was maintained well and overall had a good experience.

very nice hotel right at the centre
I don't see why people are writing negative reviews forthis hotel - if you are doing a short city trip then this hotel is excellent. Sure windows are single glazed and there's some noise but it is not that bad really.. Very commutable and close to main sights. Clean facilities and friendly staff - they recommend a lot of good places to visit and restuarants to go to. The bathroom facilities is as good as a 5* hotel, very clean and modern. I'd certainly go back here if I revisit Milan. Have fun and a safe trip.

One of the worst hotel experiences. The bathroom was old and outdated. The room was never cleaned and the staff was not helpful. Only plus is the location.

The location of the hotel was great. The shared bathroom was incredibly smelly, dirty, small. I would not book a shared bathroom. This hotel needs to complete its renovation before advertising. The staff tried their best to help.

Quirky Hotel, but nice enough. Checkin stinks!!!
We only stayed a night so it was fine. The check in experience was horrible waited an hour for 5 other groups checking in before us and some were trying to push their way in front of us who came afterward. It's one person who has to check in and show people to their rooms. It takes too much time and he needs help. The room was clean enough, but could have used more bedding and better air condition in the summer. Otherwise the quirky courtyard and entrance was nice.

Convenient location
Great location overall. However, the apartment is a bit run down and the locks are flimsy as well. We opted for the shared bathroom and the door couldn't be locked. Safety would be the utmost concern.

Perfect location
The apartment was clean and nice. Very spacious and comfortable. The best thing is the location. In the center. Walking distance from the duomo, the shops, restaurants, cafe. You don't even need a car to walk around!

Reception was not open for us to drop our bags in the morning after check out dispite details online stating hours of operation and also checking with the hotel the previous day. We had only two days in milan so this really impacted us.

CARE: The name of the "Hotel" is misleading! Read the reviews. It is not an Apartment Hotel but rather a hostel with shared bathroom and a mix of Ait BnB type of flats.

Booked what was advertised as a "luxury" apartment to arrive and be told the luxury room was already taken and ended up with a rundown looking apartment with the most hideous bathroom I've ever seen , dirty shower, chipped paint work, damp on the walls and yellowing curtains. I was only in Milan for one afternoon/evening before an early morning flight. It took 10+ minutes to find this place once I arrived on the street, as the sign and address number weren't very conspicuous. I knocked on the huge green door, and someone opened up a smaller door within the door. I was greeted warmly, checked in, and was even helped up the stairs with my heavy suitcase. Room is small but totally sufficient. Bathroom is shared, but was modern and functional. Some of the lights are motion sensor, which was a little confusing, flipping switches and nothing happening. (The bathroom light did shut off mid-shower, but not a big deal.) The front desk guy also gave me good info on how to get to Linate airport. I ended up walking the few blocks from hotel to Piazza del Duomo to the taxi queue. Even at 5:00 AM there was a taxi waiting there. It's only 15-20 drive to airport, and taxi cost 28 or 30 Euros.
