A splendid villa of 110 sqm newly built fully fenced and totally independent with 2 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped.

As a large pool of 10 * 5m private and NOT OVERLOOKED !!!

Our rental is located in a really calm and quiet corner ... palm trees in the heart of the village of Djerban Mezraya Shop, Café, Mosque directly accessible on foot.

The price includes the cost of electricity, water and gas, as well as babysitting services, cleaning and maintenance of the garden and pool. Towels and sheets are included.

Your nights are cool and serene was away from any noise

We welcome you to the airport.

Absolutely Wonderful
We stayed at Dar Elyas from January 14 to February 23. One daughter joined us for one week, our other daughter joined us for two. We all agreed that the photos don’t do the residence justice!! The residence is situated behind two others, owned by Sofien’s mother. It is accessed by a lovely, groomed and landscaped pathway of about 40 meters. Total solitude, privacy and security. The location (Mezraya) is ideal for jaunts to Houmt Souke, the tourist area and to Mifoun. Both Sofien and his wonderful mother, Carole, went out of their way be make this trip a memory of a lifetime

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’hôte a été très accueillant, disponible et réactif dès notre arrivée à Djerba. La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et propre. Elle dispose d’un coin salon avec télévision, d’une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire (cafetière, micro onde, frigo…),de deux salle de bain et deux chambres très confortable. Le petit plus: le jardin et la piscine sans vis-à-vis. Idéal pour s’éclater en famille. Je recommande vivement, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés

Bon séjour dans cette belle maison .grande piscine bien entretenue. Je recommande vivement.

Des vacances formidable avec une villa simple plein de charme conforme à la photo propriétaire très agréable ce soucis de nous je recommande ce logement 2 chambres avec salle de bain privative et bien séparé même un lit bébé que du bonheur

Nature, simplicité et confort
Très bon séjour dans cette maison simple mais très confortable. Située dans une zone "campagnarde" de l'ile, les abords sont calmes et la piscine (bien entretenue) est un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Carole pour son super accueil et sa prevenance tout en discrètion tout du long de notre séjour (huile d'olive maison, raisin du jardin, informations pratiques -taxis- ...). Je remercie également son fils Sofiane qui gère le site pour la rapidité des ses réponses et toutes les informations fournies, notamment le lien GPS pour arriver à la maison.

Superbe villa !!!
La maison est vraiment magnifique, sa situation est idéal pour tous les amoureux du calme et de la nature. L'intérieur de la maison est décorée avec goût et la cuisine est bien équipée, il y'a tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et de se sentir comme chez soi. L'extérieur de la maison est superbe , équipée d'un gros barbecue et d'une belle table a manger sous une petite paillote typique du pays nous avons pu passer des soirée agréable lors de notre séjour . Il y a aussi le jardin qui est décoré avec goût , c'est paradisiaque ! Le top c'est la piscine , elle est grande l'eau et propre et elle est entretenue , le tous sans vis a vis et sans mauvaise surprise. Des notre arrivée a la maison , notre hôte nous a donné un telephone portable avec une liste de numero de taxi et nous avons pu aisément visiter l'île. Notre séjour était parfait du début a la fin , de l'accueil a l'aéroport jusqu'à ce qu'on reparte . Le propriétaire de la maison est a l'écoute très sympathique et a répondu très vite a mes message lors de la préparation de notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Un grand merci a Carole pour tous ce qu'elle a fait pour nous , tous ces petits conseils pour les balades a cheval , le scooter des mers et les bons petits restaurant de l'ile. Je serais bien rester encore un peu mais toute bonnes choses a une fin , je pars avec plein de bons souvenirs et un gros pincement au coeur! Merci pour tous et a très bientot ...

Toujours aussi merveilleux
C'est la 3ème fois que nous louons ce bien pour nos vacances d'été. Et chaque année, c'est un déchirement de quitter ce havre de sérénité. Tout y est parfait, les équipements (clim, tv, cuisine... ) la piscine est sublime et l'aménagement extérieur permet de profiter agréablement des belles journées. A cela, ajouter un accueil chaleureux et une présence de tous les instants si besoin. A la fois éloigné et proche de la zone touristique, vous aurez l'assurance d'un séjour reposant! Bref, très certainement, à l'année prochaine Sofien et Carole!
