Staff was super friendly, hotel overall was very clean. the toilet in my room was loose so it wobbled, there was a bag bag full of old beer cans in the closet, the room I was in was at the end, and I could hear people stomping up and down the stairs all night long

For the price and the brand name, I expected cleaner and well maintained facilities. It appeared ‘tired’ and unkept. Toiletries that had been glued to the shower wall had fallen off and the glue had not been scraped off; grout was stained and dirty. Hallway carpets looked worn and dirty. Elevator was slow for such a small building and dirty. The smells of the bistro radiated through the lobby and to they were not great odors. Pool was closed with no explanation as to why or if it would reopen. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant enough but lacked the air of professionalism. Other Marriott facilities we have stayed at, the staff was generally in uniforms or matching blazers. Did not appear to be the case at this location. The welcome speech seemed canned and rattled off while clerk was scanning the computer screen. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing.

Our room was next to the outdoor location where the staff took smoking breaks. Kind of noisy. Also, Courtyard properties don't give you the bang for your buck. No breakfasts and rooms of average quality

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay given the price point. I wanted to flag that the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was very comfortable and easy to regulate. The one thing that I would suggest you change is the brand of air freshener that you are using for your back entryway. It is overpowering to the point of forcing your guests to hold their breath while walking through that part of the building. I’m sure you can find a replacement that does not create such an unpleasant odor.

The staff was friendly and professional. Restaurant was clean. Food mediocre. Restaurant manager excellent, aimed at pleasing the customer. When reserving this hotel one of the eye catching amenities was the swimming pool. The website never mentioned the pool wasn’t open. Very disappointing. Please stress to your receptionist to avoid calling out female traveler’s room number out loud in front of other customers.

Clean and in good location.
Hotel was nice and clean. Our king size bed with sitting area and fireplace is roomy and nice. Room could use a little updating but not bad. We got 2 key cards and one never worked and by second day, the other one stopped working also. Luckily my wife was in room when I came back from getting breakfast. Breakfast is not complimentary at hotel which was little disappointing. Staff was very nice on check in. Location is very good and Hannaford supermarket and MacDonalds and Gas station right across the street. Would stay again.

Everything is perfect. The restaurant/Starbucks are definitely a plus. The kids love the pool. Staying for a travel hockey game, going to be all rested up tomm at game time.
