A welcoming team at reception and a delicious buffet breakfast. Free parking onsite and a short walk to the historic city centre. The hotel overlooks the picturesque canal.

Only stayed one night on a business trip and chose the cheapest room. Comfy bed, great rainfall shower and good breakfast. Staff all very pleasant and made to feel welcome. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in a lovely setting and the room on the ground floor with a terrace was nice and modern. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast had lovely choices.

Enjoyed everything!
This lovely, family run Hotel, is situated perfectly right on the singel, quiet but central! You get the feeling of a land estate, relax sitting in the large garden in the front, where you enjoy a free cup of coffee, but you don't need more then 10 min to walk to the markt! EXTRAORDINARY beautifuly furnished lobby rooms on ground floor, all for guests. Everything renewed and very clean. Warm welcome suppling all details, real helpful stuff! Lovely modern, clean, efficient, enlightened room and bathroom, including all you need. Great breakfast. THANK YOU!

Great value hotel in lovely surroundings
Lovely hotel in a great location, and an easy walk to the centre of Middelburg. Good free wifi, very clean rooms with a modern and spacious shower, and a simple but varied breakfast (pastries, breads, cheese, ham, cereals, eggs and bacon, etc.) Will return!

Very comfortable hotel
Nice hotel in peaceful area but close to centre of town. It is an old house but well modernised to be a hotel. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Comfortable bed and good air-con.

Geweldig!
Heerlijk hotel, wij hadden de familiekamer, deze was super groot, alles keurig schoon en voor de kinderen stond er zelfs een kist met speelgoed. Goede locatie en een overheerlijk, zeer uitgebreid, ontbijt. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und tolle Lage. Frühstück gut, alle wichtigen Dinge (gebratener Bacon, Ei, gekochte Eier, Poffertjes, Käsebrett, Lachs etc.) Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Al 2 keer in dit hotel verbleven met een aantal jaren ertussen. Nig steeds super tevreden. Vriendelijke ontvangst, prachtige grote familiekamer, schoon en van alles voorzien. Op 10 minuutjes wandelen van het centrum van middelburg slaap en verblijf je hier in een prachtige en rustige ambiance.

fijn hotel met 1 minpunt. Plussen: mooi hotel, ruime kamer en douche, goede douche, schone kamers, erg goed ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijke medewerkers, op loopafstand van de stad, stille omgeving, gratis parkeren. Minpunt: gehorige kamers. De tussenwand tussen de ene en de andere kamer is erg dun en kon de buren verstaan.

Prima en net verblijf voor een paar dagen in Middelburg. Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt. Nette kamer mooie douche ruimte. Geluidsisolatie tussen de kamer redelijk als je rumoerige buren krijgt. In ons geval viel het mee. Stalling voor de fietsen buiten maar wel droog.

Het hotel ligt mooi net buiten het centrum en heeft eigen parkeergelegenheid. Loopafstand tot het centrum is ca 10 minuten. Goed verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. Jammer dat ik pas na het boeken te horen kreeg dat de geboekte kamer niet in de karakteristieke hoofdbouw ligt maar in een nieuwer bijgebouw.

Over het geheel goed. Wel nare lucht uit de wc, wss door verouderde oude staat. Aangegeven en probleem was bekend. Ik zou zeggen: doe er dan iets mee, wees proactief. Verder is de binnenkant prachtig opgeknapt en zal het verwerk aan de buitenkant vast de aandacht krijgen die het verdient.

Fantastische accommodatie. Schoon, je hebt het gevoel dat je in een sprookje bent terechtgekomen en het ontbijt was geweldig; ontbijten in de serre gaf daar nog eens een extra beleving aan.
