The one outlet did not work nor the alarm. This was not much of a problem. I was looking forward to setting an alarm so we did not miss early flight. But I still recommend this property and will definitely be back. Staff were excellent , just everything was amazing. Thank you!!!

It's a great location, surrounded by good restaurants, great sea view and easy for us to go on a cruise. The hotel is safe. Very nice hotel.

Beautiful, mostly new-ish high rise tower on the water. Oceanfront rooms are totally worth it. Close to Bayside marketplace and ferris wheel.

The front desk was almost annoyed serving us, and left us several minutes and finally came saying he find our pre paid reservation. No additional services were giving, the strict minimum which the key to our room and that was it.

We stayed here pre-cruise and it was perfect! Short drive from the airport and shorter to the cruise port. Lots of places that we could walk to meander around and eat. Don’t miss the Bomba at Toro Toro!!!!! It was decadent!

The hair dryer was not working properly. I asked for another hairdryer to be sent to my room later that evening. It was not delivered. I asked again in the morning and explained it was a 2nd request. Still no hairdryer. When I checked out I explained what happened and I received a “sorry”. I also let them no the deadbolt needed to be fixed as it didn’t close easily and the refrigerator made a loud humming noise. Other than that it was a lovely room and stay.

We have been traveling down to Miami the last several years and we have been staying at the intercontinental. We love the location of this hotel because it is close to everything. It is near the bayfront park and we’re only a short drive to South Beach. The hotel staff is very good and we enjoyed our stay. This year we did have a few minor issues with our room regarding bathroom door and the mini bar making a noise but we brought this to the attention of guest services and they were addressed immediately. We also experienced a little noise from cleaning the staff when we arrived on our very first day, and we wanted to take a quick power nap, but due to the noise, we really couldn’t. However, we will be back next year because we love the hotel, the vibe and location!

The hotel was beautiful and the view from my room was absolutely exquisite. Staff was friendly, however multiple requests to concierge and/or room service went unanswered despite speaking to staff members who assured that the requests would be fulfilled promptly.
