“Top Value”
So the lobby is on the 25th floor--get over it, already. (Super view from up there.) This property is a great value: -Checked in early -Quiet, clean room -Adequate health club -Comped newspaper -Morning Lobby coffee service -Free espresso in room -Free computer access in lobby -friendly, professional staff The pool is a schlep from the guest room, but, whatever. I'll be back to the Miami Conrad.
“Great attitude of employees.”
My wife and I wre very happy with the quality of the room and service we received. If we had any complaints it would be the very high cost of valet parking and the fact that you have to take a second elevator to the guestrooms. The employees at the valet were all very friendly and service oriented.
“Great business trip”
Nice place too stationery for business or leisure (no beach)
“Great Hotel, great service”
The hotel is located in the middle of Brickell avenue so the surrounding area is basically the financial district of Miami. A lot of restaurants and bars are walking distance away. The hotel itself is stunning. Great views of the bay, modern and tasteful decoration and the personnel is top notch. Very friendly, very respectful, always ready to lend a hand. I had some packages arriving and as they did they were placed in my room for me to find them when I came back, I asked for directions and recommendations for restaurants and golf courses and they took care of me. The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel is that the only parking available is $26 a day if you park the car yourself and more if you get valet service. You can’t park on the streets for more than 3 hours at a time so add $26 a day to your costs.
“Great Place to Stay Business or Leisure”
Conrad's Miami is great, have the location, the infrastructure, and staff.
“Wonderful hotel if you want to stay in downtown Miami”
The hotel is conveniently located smack in the middle of downtown, surrounded by tall large buildings and restaurants on brickell avenue. Me and my husband went for a mini vacation on memorial weekend so we did get a lot of traffic on our way from downtown to miami beach, but since it was our first time in miami, we enjoyed the crowds, palm trees and general atmosphere along the way so we didnt mind the traffic that much. We got to enjoy the beaches as well as the bustling downtown, which we probably wouldnt have explored if we were staying right at the beach, so I loved the location. One downside to the hotel is that the pool is located on the garage's rooftop so you have to cross over from the hotel building to get to the swimming pool and the jade hotel slightly blocks the view of the biscayne bay (from the room and the pool) but overall i did not have a problem with that. We wouldn't spend much time in the room so we hardly used room service, but when we did, they were spot on! I would highly recommend this hotel to people who would like to stay in downtown rather than directly on the beach.
“Nice hotel but SERVICE SUCKS”
The hotel was extremely nice as far as decor goes but the service was horrible. Took 45 minutes for room service just to bring us ice and water. None of the concierges on staff were knowledgeable about any of the local surroundings or how to get there (i.e. restaurants, malls, etc). The hotel restaurant service even sucked, we all ordered simple meals, fries and salad and it took over an hour for us to get and the waitress took several minutes to even take our order in the first place, we had to walk to the front to pay the tab because the check took forever. Needless to say a nice decor is appreciated but simply not enough. I would not stay here again.
“The location was great and close to beautiful new Architecture and run in to old Friends”
The Hotel Stuff made this stay a very comforting Experience. Always friendly and helpful to take car of the needs.
“Great service and staff.”
Great Staff
“Very good choice in Brickell!!”
Convenient location. Nice rooms. Excellent service. Beware of mandatory valet parking service $37 X night.
