Exceptional service, (the hotel manager even personally delivered our luggage to our rooms), and everyone from the front counter staff to the pizzeria staff were phenomenal. Very clean,location was great Breakfast very good Just a small complain the bathrooms were not equipped with soap holders , the shower needs a shower curtain the faucet in the sink is too long and the water were out clothes Pillows could be better Small things but the test was great

Location, Location, Location! Just look at the view and you don’t have to go anywhere. It’s a great place to relax and recuperate after a day of touring around. The staff are helpful and kind. The breakfasts are wonderful.

Amazing views and good public transport to get around the area. Lovely, helpful staff. Good restaurant. Very pleasant stay and would recommend. Well worth a trip to Il Padrino Restarant in Forza d’Agro village - local bus goes there. Unusual pool hours - not open until 11:00 am. Next door hotel service area quite noisy - disposing of bottles at 06:45 am.

Spectacular view, access to a private beach with transport for a small charge, Beach towels free of charge. Very nice staff. Acomodated my gluten free restriction easily
