Nice spacious room, not super lux. Breakfast is complete buffet you can order eggs with your server. Great to have before your adventures. It’s an older building but nice and good value.

Parking lot is minuscule and fir small cars. AC has a governor. Libby and public spaces kept at 76 degrees. My room was set at 76, after two hours, it was 78. I changed hotels. Property is old and needs updating. Shame, because other NH properties are good.

This hotel is nice and in a great location. It was clean and hospitable. The staff are great. The area is perfect for those visiting central Mendoza. It was a delightful stay.
This hotel was centrally located. It was easy to walk around to almost everything you wanted to see. All the tours picked up here as well.
The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was just ok.
Rude reception staff on check in, didn't tell us anything and blunt when we asked simple questions like the wifi password
Room was very basic, door had slashes across it and could hear outside very loudly
They gave me like the worst room instead of the superior room of the booked one. The next day they gave me the real one. I couldn’t have a parking space all of my staying

I like how clean and friendly the hotel was. I didn’t like that the USB ports near our beds didn’t work (only in the bathroom) during our stay. The staff was super friendly but I wish there were more food options for breakfast.
El hotel está muy mal mantenido. Las habitaciones están totalmente abandonadas al igual que los ascensores. No pude descansar en toda la noche por el ruido que hacía el aire acondicionado, era literalmente como dormir al lado de una turbina de avión. No volvería jamas.
The hotel is at a great location, close to shops and restaurants and museums. The staff is fluent in English and very helpful. Although the hotel rooms can use some renovations, the hotel was very clean and quiet at night.

The front desk staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable, caring and knew what to recommend.
The hotel is very well located and we could walk to many parts of the city.
Mendoza is an amazing place with lots to do.
The hotel was disgusting and unsanitary. The staff was completely unresponsive. Absolutely DO NOT stay here.

Nice hotel, right in the center of the city. A bit tired, in need of some remodeling, especially bathrooms. The hotel staff is wonderful, from the front desk to housekeeping.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, local artisan markets...staff were lovely and extremely helpful.
My only complaint is that I couldn't change the air conditioning setting in my room.

I paid for a room for 3 people with breakfast included. The room was quite expensive compared to other places in Mendoza. They gave me a run down and small room in the first floor. The floor had a hole in front of the bathroom. A big one! And no towels. Nobody help us with the luggage. I was moved to the fourth floor. The room was a bit bigger but nothing fancy about it very basic. It didn’t have a clock, or the coffe maker it showed in pictures. I had previously stayed at NH in Barranquilla and I loved it! Very disappointed with this experienced. Breakfast was ok.

Just 1 nt stay , arrived early since I had to check out from my previous hotel due to what smelled like toxic cleaning material which was affecting me badly.Young team on reception learning the ropes....took a very long time to check in due to system technical problems.Was able to check in to my room early although I flatly refused to pay the extra charge for doing so # hotel located in a lovely safe square # although made arrangements for taxi to airport the previous day had to wait and rephone

first of all we want to thank you for choosing NH as a hotel for your rest.
Regarding the early entry our check in is from 3:00 p.m. so we usually do. It is to offer our erly check in which if it is payment. but if the passenger does not wish it, we have the luggage storage service, and as much as possible a few hours before the check in, we will deliver rooms as they have arrived.

The hotel is clean and nice. Parking is small and lobby area is not cozy. Rooms are OK. They are clean and comfortable.

Good value centrally located Mendoza hotel
Walking distance from lots of good restaurants and shops. Good breakfast buffet. Junior suite nice and spacious but the bathroom was ordinary. The wine choice is poor for a Mendoza hotel, I had two oxidized half bottles which the staff replaced without quibble.

We could walk around the 4 Plazas easily. Also located closely to the main shopping on San Martin. We did exceursions our if the city and all the tours know where the hotel is. The staff were helpful and informative. Plaza San Martin is a great place to go and enjoy the sunshine. We paid for a superior room and it was worth the extra

The hotel is located right in the city center, few blocks from independece park and sarmiento pedestrian street. The food at the hotel is very good.
The hote has old facilities, but other than that I recommended it.

Overall it was OK, they were quick in repeating the shower and bed and quick to reset the aircon. The hotel needs a really big revamp. It us very run down. Restaurant chairs and tables very dirty need a mooring overhaul and the new cook needs to sacked and get a more experienced one, first time the fish was cold not cooked and the second time a beautiful piece of steak was charred outside and raw on the inside. Not a very pleasant experience.
hotel charged me for meals and drinks I did not have. I told them and they said they would cancel the bill. I checked when got home and they charged me. Do not stay here.
