“very good but-----------”

every thing was great until I got up to take a shower and there was no hot water. taking a luke warm shower, ruined an otherwise great experience.

“Good hotel”

We stayed here one night on our way from Illinois to Texas. Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and staff were VERY helpful.

“Enjoyed everything about our stay...”

It met all our expections...

Area recommendations
Southaven. It has plenty of eating places, shopping, sporting events & much more. Streets well marked.
Other
We were in the area for the World Series Baseball event happening at Snowden Park. Awesome facility. Just wish we could have had outside air conditioning :)

“OK, but nothing special!”

Nothing wrong with hotel, except guest business centre desktop internet not working. Something NQR about neighbourhood. Never felt entirely safe or welcome. Cannot put my finger on problem, but would not return to this hotel.

“Nice new rooms, good location in Southaven!”

I stayed here while working in Memphis (near the airport) and was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I'm guessing that this hotel is less than 2 years old, the decor is up to date, the rooms are attractive and comfortable, and they offer a continental breakfast in the morning. The location is convenient to a wide variety of restaurants, fast food and shopping. I will stay here again in the future for sure!

“I'll be back!”

This Best Western is lovely. The staff was extremely accomodating and patient to all my inquiries. I had 2 concerns: the first was that our room never did get warm even though we continually turned up the thermostat; the second was minor--the expedia description said there was an on-site bar. The bar was there but they didn't have their liquor license yet. Everything else was wonderful and I'd love to stay there again.
