Salam Artal international Hotel it’s very reasonable and close to the Masjid Alnabawi me and my kids enjoyed that Hotel the area is very nice Hotel it’s little bit Old but it’s clean 😊

Booked this for the same day, given the area and location, the price was great! Walking distance to the haram and soo many shops and food options nearby. Cant go wrong. Quality of room was great, bathroom and amenities were great. Air conditioner was dusty and could use a clean however

First room that was given to us, was dirty, stank of curry the bathroom hose was leaking, compact and small. It isn’t a 3-4 star hotel, if anything it’s a 0 star, food wheelie bin outside in the hotel lobby, with flies every where. Room doesn’t get cleaned unless you call 5-6 times, staff complain when you call them to change or fix an issue. Wouldn’t recommend a stay here at all.

The room I got was terrible.. the bathroom was very dirty.. The wardrobe was old and dirty, the floor was dirty and the carpet was dirty too. AC button did not work, and when I complained the guy said its broken, kindly switch it off from the main circuit breaker inside the wardrobe. Right in front of the door was garbage hopper where big bags of trash were lying the whole day..and ohh the light switch was right next to the pillow so when you move the switch turns on the light.. nothing was like as it seemed on the website.. starting from the entrance to the room it was all a disappointment because they charge a very high price for the room.. The bellboy took 10 minutes to come the reception, the reception lady kept dinging the bell to call him for 10 minutes.. i booked the hotel for 4 nights but chaecked out the very next day.. the management was kind enough to give me a full refund of remaining 3 nights.. Never stay at this hotel, specially in room 622.
