This property has been renovated completely on the inside. The rooms are up to date modern and extremely clean. I spend a lot of time in hotel in Alberta and this hotel is by far the cleanest I've ever seen. The air conditioning units are all brand new and therefore free of dust that most in other hotels accumulate throughout the years the air quality is amazing for those of us with asthma my eyes did not water I did not get a sore throat and my allergies were non-existent well in my room. The staff are all very friendly and outgoing the lobby and hallways are all well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay short or long-term well in Brooks Alberta. If I could give this hotel more than five stars I would
