This hotel is in a lovely area close to a mall in walking distance. The staff are wonderful and the swimming pool is fabulous.

Great stay
This is one of our favorite places to stay. The rooms are nice, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. The only constructive comment would be that the front desk people were not very friendly.

My stay there was very short, one night could not give me a good chance to evaluate the property. The room was clean, the mattresses are very comfortable. Although I consider the room size is small for a twin bedroom, but all in all it is considered a good experience. Nothing interrupted my relaxation time. The hotel is very close to one shopping mall, and is in a safe area.

I liked that it had a pool, breakfast included, and it had internet. I did not like that the pool was dirty. Leaves are always blowing in from the trees. Unavoidable, but some effort to clear periodically would have been nice. Internet was slow and always disconnecting. It was challenging to even just check emails. Food was good, but it did not change day to day. Maybe more variety would improve it.

The propperty was great. I had a small issue with the check in, but it was because they had not received Expedia's confirmation, and neither had I.

Great supply run trip with the family. Nice comforting hotel with adjoining rooms, nice pool, play area, and dining. Love having the mall right across the street to easily visit during the stay.

Perfect location across from Riverside mall, and fairly well-kept place. Far enough to give you a quite rest but close enough to walk to the mall/casino (2 minute walk). I found the staff un-engaging but polite. The rooms small but clean.

I was assigned to a smoking room despite indicating that I don’t smoke and preferred non-smoking room. I had to endure a pungent smell throughout the night.

A large chain hotel.
This is a very large modern 'chain' hotel. We were allocated a room next to the large reception lobby that was extremely noisy and smelt of popcorn from the nearby vending machine. We eventually were able to obtain another room on the 4th floor that was a standard room.

Very good service and the buffet dinner was good value for money. The pool and garden looked very relaxing but the “fitness facilities” were extremely basic. Just one very small room with a couple of cardio machines and some small weights.
