“Would Return”

Not on the beach, but it's a short walk. Hotel is new or recently renovated so everything looked great. Outside pool /Bar area was great. Lots of parking but many rooms do not have ocean view. Restaurant felt like it was struggling to find an identy but lots of choice nearby.

“Kihei's great value”

This property is not oceanfront, but frankly, does ot need to be. It has great ambiance, great service, wonderful pool, pool bar, and jacuzzi's. It provides plenty to enjoy both on site and nearby. The poolside service is excellent especially after 5p.m., and the menus are great. The microwave, and small refrigerator are really appealing and useful. I would definetely recommmend Maui Coast hotel to anyone!

Area recommendations
Tough decision, but if on business in the south, I'd recommned both Kihei, and Wailea. Great amenities, good locations relative to the transportation, and if necessary, shopping areas! Further orth, Lahaina is perfect for both business and relaxation---and eating and drinking! All have wonderful shops and good values can be had jsut by shopping the various nooks and crannies.

“great on many levels”

We highly recommend Maui Coast. The staff were friendly and helpful, Our bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. It was steps to the beach and places to eat and shop. having access to bikes makes it easy to get around town.

“We got what was promised.”

I got exactly what was posted and said about the Hotel. There were no surprises and my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The picture posted in their brochure was a true reflection of the room accommodations.

When to go
Jan through Feb. because Whale watching is at its peak. Though we saw some whales, we did not get to experience the big show that occurs during the peak season.

“Can't wait to go back. Had a very good time!”

It was our first experience in Maui and Maui Coast hotel made the trip worth it. We had three rooms and I got the suite king (totally awesome). You can't beat the free laundry room (only had to pay for soap), internet, and bike rental. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family

“Most enjoyable”

We enjoyed our stay at the Maui Coast hotel very much, the bed was very comfortable we would stay there again I just wished that we would have had a kitchen since we like our own diet. It was very difficult to keep our diet with a microwave. But the hotel was very nice.
