Thank you for your retaliatory feedback.Our staff have not stolen your towels!As advised if you leave your towels drying in pool area all night..you are resposible for your items & we can assure you that none of our staff would have taken these!!You booked a room with one queen bed for one night and you where supplied with 2 x towels...how many did you need?
