"We stayed here twice on our recent trip to Morocco (both booked in advance). The first time we had paid for a room a day earlier than our arrival so we would have a place to go immediately, but were disappointed when our room was not ready for us. The second time we stayed we were in a room by the hotel kitchen, which was very loud. When we tried to talk to the front desk about potentially moving to a different room we were blown off. Also to note, smoking is allowed on the balconies directly outside the rooms. Would not stay again."
