"I had a 2 night stay during an unusal heat wave. The first evening the air conditioning was loud and couldn't cool off the room. Upon notifying Leo at the front desk the next morning I was moved to a new room that was perfect. He was courteous and attentive to my concerns. The remainder of the stay was as expected. The onsite restaurant/bar is wonderful. Thank you Leo!"
