"My wife and I are both graduates of NMU. This was the perfect house to be centrally located for all things Marquette. Walking distance to campus, 3rd street, Lake Superior, and Downtown. House was stocked with all the essentials, beds were comfortable for our family of 5, and the kitchen was perfect for making a few home-made meals. If you're looking for a good old townhouse to rent, walking distance from all areas of town, this is it."

"Everything was fine except for the fact that each night we had to completely turn off the heater (and back on during day) and after the second night we had to also unplug the refrigerator. Both were EXTREMELY loud, especially the refrigerator, more than the heater (which most hotels we're used to the louder heaters), which prevented a good night's sleep. Breakfast was just ok. Room was clean quiet and hvac worked as expected. Breakfast was well presented and the young lady in charge was friendly. After staying in hotels for the past two weeks this place was refreshing. "
