The location is the best. The view is amazing. Only need to clean better. The breakfast is poor. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderfully traditional
Great place if you're looking for somewhere traditional to stay in Mardin. Service was good and friendly. Views from the terrace and the location were fantastic. There's no daily housekeeping, and the breakfast was so-so. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in an amazing, historic building right in the center of the old town. We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms and bathrooms could maybe use an update, but everything was clean and cozy.

Excellent location with a pleasant appearance
Positioned on a hillside in the old town the view is excellent if you are prepared to take a little extra time to get there. The hotel has a pleasing appearance with a nice lobby. The rooms are acceptable with the exception of the amenities which need a more substantial renovation than they have received - particularly the water. Breakfast was reasonable.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zimmer war neben der Rezeption, was nicht unbedingt gut war. Wir hatten mehr erwartet.

Wunderschönes Hotel in der Altstadt in 2. Reihe. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist spitze. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal überaus hilfsbereit. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Restaurants und Gescäfte.

So was schreckliches noch nicht erlebt. Zimmer und Bad unter durchschnittlich ,dreckig…eklig. Frühstück eine Katastrophe,2 Nächte gebucht,nach einer Nacht verlassen.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Otoparkı yok malesef. Mardinde otopark sıkıntısı genel problem. Odada çok fazla vakit geçirmediğimiz ve çok dolaştıktan sonra merdiven çıkmaya mecalimiz kalmayacağı için giriş odası bizim için çok idealdi.

Genel olarak otel sahiplerinin tavırlarını begeniyorum ama banyolar biraz daha temiz olabilir. Ama mardinde manzara olarak kalmayı sevdiğim en güzel otel diyebilirim

Au centre du vieux Mardin, pratique pour visiter la ville. Hotel situé à l'un des points les plus hauts, la vue est superbe. L'hotel est très beau, mais les finitions ne sont pas au rdv. On y est habitué en Turquie.
