I loved that the front desk personnel were dressed sharp and professional. It is refreshing to see pride in one’s work and appearance. Not only were they dressed professional but their manners and attitude matches. It was an excellent atmosphere everywhere!!

I only had a short visit. But the hotel was beautiful. that close to walk on the beach. OMG. I will be back!! Restaurant- food was great, however the wait was a longer time that we thought. Because of that we will not go back to the restaurant.

When we arrived, tgey dud not have the corrected reservation, so check- in was lengthy and inconvenient. The property was beautiful. The beds are not very comfortable. Extremely clean and great ammenities.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast, staff is very friendly. Restaurant is expensive, staff in restaurant is pretty rude. Pool is super small. Overall very kid friendly.

Highly recommend this property, although the weather wasn’t exactly perfect this property has very comfortable beds, breakfast has plenty of options! Beach is right across the street! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The bartender, Brad deserves a special call-out. He was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing I would recommend is for the rooms to have better lighting. The room was dark with only a small desk lamp, 2 small center-location bed lamps and dim overhead entrance light. Everything else was exceptional!

My wife and I stayed for a weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the property was clean, the room was comfortable, great view of the water from our room, and the town of Manistee was great, fun shops, a cool little movie theatre.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean with a great location. They provided a variety of foods for breakfast and the view of Lake Michigan while you ate was amazing.

Best hotel!
Absolutely wonderful! Location is everything, the views are unbeatable! The restaurant is great. All staff super helpful, polite and curteous. We love the pool and hot tub! This is our favorite new hotel and we are recommending it to all of our friends!

Newer Hotel on the Beach
Overall Hotel and Restaurant get a a thumbs up but the noise from rambunctious young kids was over the top. When front desk was called they apologized and remedied noise complaint in short term & stated a discount would be applied to room. Upon check out no discount was given and kid noise was ongoing.

Everything was great except for the parking. The parking lot was full every night and we could not find a spot. We had to park at the beach and walk over. More parking spaces are needed.

The room was big, beds comfortable for a queen size, had a refrigerator but no microwave in the room. You only get one if you stay in a suite. They have a public one you can use for the whole hotel guests but with covid coming back, is this such a good idea? It snowed heavily and the parking spaces next to my handicap parking spaced were plowed but I had 3 feet from my car of snow to try to walk through as I was trying to load my car through all that snow. Why didn't somebody shovel out near our car. Would that been so hard to do? Somebody takes care of the sidewalk and parking areas but your on your own to get into your car. Your breakfast is not as good as other Hamptons that we have stayed in. There was no scrambled eggs, no sausage and gravy, no pancakes, fruit choices were great, TV was not on the news but on some boring soap opera nobody seemed to be interested in, no fire place, there was no fire going in the fire pit outside and this was on a Saturday night, at about 11 pm at night some people decided to make as much noise as they could with their screaming dragster cars. I guess they were trying to show off their noisy dragster cars. It worked they were loud and noisy. They enjoyed their racing and peeling out of their cars. Police did not show up the whole time this was going on around the hotel. The police came in the morning when nobody was there. The noise was so loud that one could sleep.
