We had a great stay and it is so convenient for getting to the new Co Op live arena. The only criticism would be the long queue for the bar after the concert.

The staff is very helpful. They allowed my wife to store one of our luggage while we travelled to visit family for four days.

Check in was very smooth, staff were incredibly friendly and gave me recommendations as I was simply passing through the city. Facilities were very clean too. Conveniently near a train station too and a short walk to the city centre.

The price for a beer is ridiculously expensive for a tiny bottle. The cost for breakfast is over the top. Rooms don't have enough area to hang up your clothes and no area to put away items.

Superb location right by Piccadilly rail station. Great views from 11th floor and decent sleep . Room was nice and clean except the carpet could do with a deep clean / replcement. Nice staff on arrival and departure. 15 minutes walk to Etihad Stadium and Coop Arena

Great location for station.Clean and comfortable rooms. Shower not very powerful and no extractor fan in bathroom to clear steam. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Great room, though not many channels on the TV. Bathroom was very clean, bed was comfortable, room was quiet. Right next to Piccadilly station so lots of fast food nearby and a free bus to get closer to all the Manchester amenities. Would stay here again
