Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was fantastic. Probably the best water pressure of any hotel I've ever stayed in..I would stay here again.

No sidewalks, had to walk on road. Several things needed repair . My deadbolt lock did not work. The bathtub stopper did not work ergo no hot baths.A/C hard to regulate either too hot or too cold. No directions for TV, I had to have the front office clerk come to my room to show me how it works. Bed ok, could have been softer and pillows more stuffed. I usually don’t complain but the location to my family was very close and I would like to use them again. Thank you!

Thank you for your review. We have sidewalks around our hotel. I assume you're referring to the roadway? That is up to the city and we do not have any control of that. Upon checking the deadbolt works, the bathtub stopper works, the air unit is a digital readout that you can set from 60-90 degrees for your comfort. The tv remote is a standard LG tv remote. The mattress is Wyndham required Simmons beautyrest. The pillows are Wyndham required Wynrest brand.

The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean and had a bonus window opened a little for some fresh air! Breakfast was nice as well, especially after a late night.

Very convenient to highway. Lots of dining options close by. Room was very clean . Staff was friendly and available and informative . This was a return stay for us and we will definitely be back.

We apologize you were not pleased with your stay. Based on available information I am not sure what the issue was. The shower/toilet/sink have been checked and everything is functional with proper drainage. Hot and cold water works etc. We're glad you were able to utilize the room for the 2 day stay.

Stayed one night on the way to Chattanooga. Great little roadhouse hotel, right off the Interstate. Clean, cheap, and well situated. Breakfast was so-so; but there’s other options nearby.

We apologize you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Each room is equipped with an ac/heat wall unit allowing guest access to set the temperature of their room from 62 degrees to 90 degrees. Our blankets are Wyndham required Wynrest brand blankets.

This property only had one employee and it was not clean. There were urine stains on the sheets and nothing had been cleaned. I tried to clean it myself with Clorox wipes, and brown residue came up from the toilet seat and the bench by the toilet window. We only stayed for twenty minutes and checked out. Trying to get a refund from the hotel.

Good rooms at a good price. Recently remodeled. Fun blue lights on the outside of the building and inside the lobby, made it easy to find and the kid enjoyed it. Matched the pics on Expedia. Rooms are good. They have a window seat which was also fun for the kid. Neat bathroom mirrors surrounded by a white lighted frame. Front desk service was professional and helpful. They rearranged our reservation so our two rooms could be side by side. Continental breakfast was filling. Not a ton of choices but it was plenty. Kid enjoyed making his own waffle. Pool is outside so it’s not open for the colder months. A decent place to lay your head and at a great price. Recommend it.

Thank you for your review. We offer substantially more than the Microtel recommended breakfast offerings. The Belgium waffles, sausage biscuits, hard boiled eggs etc are all items we added in addition to the standard continental breakfast items such as muffins, bagels,cereal,oatmeal,juice,coffee etc.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly, caring and easy to talk with! The beds were made just perfect. The room was extremely clean. Great spot to stop for passing by for our annual family trip.

The room stunk it smelled like the carpet was horribleI had to sleep with window open the bed Mattress was pulled away from the wall I stuffed a pillow in the large crack. I could hear the people in the next room. The bathroom sink area was so small I didn’t have room for my hair and makeup. This was the worst room I have ever slept in. Please do not let your customers stay here. I would rate it a 1 out of 10.
