The bed was comfy. I slept so well. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the guy cleaning my room, the reception staff. And the staff in the restaurant. Great value for money. Would definately recommend it and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Our reservation was canceled by the hotel when I reached the hotel for check in, receptionist claimed that my booking was not confirmed and the website that I booked the room through ”expedia” is a fake and untrusted. Disappointed from the whole experience.

The hotel was fine. The Chef was especially hospitable at Breakfast. He asked if there was anything he could get me. I asked for the clementines I had seen the day before. 10 minutes later, they were delivered to my table.

The hotel is ok for a budget stay, the location is great, the breakfast is good. However, there's a bad smell everywhere in the hospital, the bed and pillows are not comfortable, and the AC is not working in the Gym. I have informed the front desk about the AC and the bad smell everywhere in the hotel.

Rooms are very small and can't accommodate a small family of 3 which is a shame. The outside aisles isn't that clean. They offer free parking but extremely narrow it's not recommend for someone with a big car, I personally scraped the side mirror because of a long wall sperating lanes making it hard to maneuver.

Non-smoking room not enough
I requested for non-smoking room but they run out it. Ended up I slept inside of a smoking room with strong smell of stale. I’m not a smoker, and apparently I don’t find the smell pleasant.

A Friendly, welcoming Hotel in Bahrain
This was my 5th time I have stayed here, again I had a fabulous time. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The cleanliness of the Hotel was Excellent. Hamed on the front desk was extremely helpful in setting up my Beaware covid test’s. Food was excellent.

Terrible check in ! The guy at the check in desk Kamal mohammad Ousama made it the worse experience ever ! He made me wait for one hour till 2:30am in the morning ! to verify my already confirmed and paid reservation. So rude and so unprofessional - and when I refused to pay again! He became more stubborn and provoking.

Once I arrived at the hotel, there was no social distance and there was a lot of food delivery guys at the reception. The hotel is used as a quarantine facility for arrived passengers from the airport. Which Ibis should’ve disclose this on their website. Moreover, all guests are placed together on the same level. No room service and no options for food unless ordering online. Towels were dirty and air condition wasn’t working properly.
