“Good price”
Comfortable hotel let down by some impoliteness and inefficiency of reception staff, e.g. addressing customers by first name only,talking down to customers,unacceptable.

Not a 4 star hotel at all as it is very basic, although the swimming pool is a very good size by Maltese standards. Air conditioning is of poor standard too. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful! This Hotel is very popular with our friends from Germany. If you wish to do German swimming pool dancing twice a day (same songs) then this is for you. For most this is very irritating and you could see many English people laughing. The location is a 20min walk to Bugibba
“''Well impresssed''”
I loved there, the location of the hotel was great. The thing we have had car rented with hleped a lot, we could drive through island, which was a great experience. Malta is the place, I would like to get back for sure. People were nice, weather ( november) excellent, food was delicious & cheap.
“Well positioned, but basic”
The hotel is situated in a very good position, overlooking the sea and near several excellent restaurants and bars. However the rooms are very basic - they don't include tea/coffee making facilities unless you ask for them and pay a bit more. Also you don't automatically get a room with a balcony and if you want one expect to have to upgrade. A double bed request will find 2 singles pushed together - our's were very lumpy and not very comfortable.
“Seashells Resort at Suncrest”
The location of the hotel is ideally! Although there is no sandy beach, there are various places you can go into the sea. I would recommend the sea as the pool is quite warm! Food at the hotel is great, we upgraded to All Inclusive as restaurants are expensive. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars though, this is a 3 star at best in terms on the rooms. They are very warn and our bathroom did not get properly cleaned during the whole week. All in all, I would go back as everything did work. If you're looking for night life this is not the area to stay in - chose Sliema or St. Julians for that.
“Could be better but overall would recomend”
This hotel caters mainly for all inclusive guests. Very little attention is given to others. if this doesnt bother you then this will be a good hotel. very clean. Theyve spent a lot of money on the foyer but other parts need updating. We paid more a for a better room and its worth doing that. You will have to pay to hire a kettle which seems odd . Its a quiet area spoilt by time share touts. Bar at pool seems to be open at odd hours but probably open more in high season. Mostly older holidaymakers and families. Hotel could be improved by having a cafe or restaurant open to everyone with views to the sea. (hotel next door has the idea) I would recomend overall especially if you get a good deal. i cant really comment on food as i wasnt AI and it seemed to be difficult to eat there otherwise.
