Great location

Pros: Location was excellent and hotel facilities were good. Spa treatments were very good lovely staff.
Cons: Better communication pool closed for private function however guests were not informed.
Location: Great resaurants , beach , shops etc
Great overall experience. Enjoyed our 5 night stayed at this hotel travelled with wife and 2 teenage daughters and my elderly mother the hotel catered for all our needs. Recommend eating at the (hotel's) Villa resaurant food was great. Breakfast was also very good at the hotel. Sea view rooms had a amazing view !!

Perfect location; loved the amenities; great staff

We LOVED this hotel (as we usually do with SPG hotels). Nothing bad to say. Helpful, friendly staff. Awesome spa and gym. Large, comfortable room (with the best bed in the world, but all SPG hotels have the best beds!). The location could not be better--right in the heart of St. Julian's. The bus stop to go anywhere is right outside the hotel. There's really nothing else you could want. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, but tired.

Pros: Very convenient location and spa facilities were excellent.
Cons: Bedroom product needs refurbishing and there was a lack of attention to detail by room service eg. Toiletries not replenished unless requested etc
Location: In heart of St Julians close to a number of excellent restaurants eg Doce Vita in Spinola
In general terms the hotel was ok. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the bedroom product is tired and has seen better days. We were expecting a five star standard, but did not receive a five star product.

excellent hotel

Pros: We liked this hotel from the minute we booked in at Reception. The Spa and roof top pool are excellent.
Cons: Our mini bus dropped us off on the ground floor. We were a little lost as there were no signs that directed us to the third floor where Reception is.
Location: Malta local buses are a cheap way to travel to the local destinations. Also the Malta Sightseeing Tours are a fab way to see all the sights.
Would definitely recommend this hotel. Hotel Spa is a definite must.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff

Le Meridien has been our staple hotel for the past 5 years. We return for a number of reasons: Friendly and helpul staff Nice spa and sports facilities Rooms cleaned and re-stocked daily Happy hour (cocktails are yummy) Situated close to a variety of affordable but good quality restaurants Overlooks the bay which is very pretty

Pros: The space and the staff.
Cons: The food in the lounge area
Location: Perfect and chilled out location. Away from the clubs but also close enough if you wanted to go.
The staff were amazing and extremely helpful, they made the stay that more special.

Wedding visit to le Meridien St Julian's Malta

Pros: Pool area Room space Bathroom and toiletries Separate toilet Service for our one on site breakfast and food quality was outstanding
Cons: Lift service was a bit hit and miss Bar service was sloppy and there was confusion amongst staff and customers over the 2 for 1 happy hour offer
Location: Bus service (local and tourist) runs from outside the hotel Location is outstanding Decent strolls can take you to St George bay and Silema
A great stay in a very nice hotel. Fabulous location and very accommodating reception staff. Brother and new sister in law got married in adjoining villa which was a great venue for such an event. Wife is keen to return.

Wedding Reception Venue

Pros: Cleanliness, efficiency, location and car parking.
Cons: The lift system is extremely frustrating.
Location: Fantastic location for exploring st Julian's Bay on foot. Steep incline to Zero Level from main road.
Two night stay for wedding reception. Upon arrival at 'zero' level you tend to wonder where Reception is. It's badly signed as level 3. So, Enter at zero, walk around to the left to lifts. Select '3' on LCD panel which will indicate which lift to use, I.e. A,b,c or d. Reception when found is super efficient. Although breakfast is advertised on TV and info sheets as on level 3, it is actually on level 2. The wedding reception was amazing, chef fantastic, table settings and service absolutely faultless. However, without the experience of the wedding reception, overall the hotel is soul less and noise insulation is lacking. Cleaning staff slide open and slam closed every drawer (7 in total) in rooms above from 7.30 in the morning!! Car parking is complimentary which is an absolute bonus in Malta. Location fantastic for exploring St Julian's and surrounding areas.
