Quick family trip
Room was quite sad and dingy. No aircon or amenities listed. The bedroom didn’t even have a big light just lamps. When I asked for an iron they said I could see if someone returned one the next day… pretty unhelpful. They said I could have an adaptor then when I went to get it they said they don’t have it. Food was okay, average buffet style, pretty boring lunches though. The alcohol seems watered down which is especially sad with the 3 drink limit. The communal areas are really nice and the location to the beach and the spa were great. Most of the staff are super friendly. Not luxury standard which was to be expected but still not near a solid 4 rating. Local transport is close and the local restaurants are pretty good. Oceans restaurant and portofino were the best. Plenty to do at night however I didn’t partake as I was with my younger sister. Overall it’s a 3.5/5 from me, not a bad stay but not the best (:

Comfortable considering centre of Magaluf
A little better than expected in Magaluf. Room very clean & in good condition. Nice view of beach. Decent food choice. Right in the centre of town so noisy but only what you can expect from Magaluf. We were on top floor facing the beach so slept pretty well.

The hotel was very good for a weekend in Maguluf. The only gripe was the coffee machine - it either needed to be cleaned, or . .. something else that made the coffee undrinkable.

You are paying for location. It’s on the beach and bars around. That’s the only real reason to stay here. Building and rooms seemed outdated. Wasn’t very clean. Thd all-inclusive is just for meals during specific times and after the first night I decided I’d rather just eat out than eat the free buffet food they were offering because it was such low quality, and I’m not even a picky eater (however I still checked it out to see if the food was any better the following nights). all inclusive drinks are limit 2 during lunch and dinner times. Like I said, you are paying for location.

Fun in the sun
Great location - most things in the area are walkable and there's direct access to the beach. In general the hotel is decent; nice outdoor pool area, lots of choice for breakfast. We had a big corner room facing the beach so had an amazing view of the bay. Only bad part was that our wasn't cleaned each day, just had the beds made. The small spa was disappointing. The sauna wasn't hot and only one of the jets in the pool worked. Overall, we would stay again (mainly for the location).

We had a great holiday at the hotel. The location is great being right beside the beach. Staff in the main were friendly helpful and hard working. We went all inclusive and the good and drinks were most adequate & varied. Do we had a great stay, our only complaint was when we arrived very late we were given room 002 in the adjacent building - this room is literally above the promenade & above a beach bar, whilst it is a bigger room the balconies have no privacy and have trees above so you get a lot of bird poo - we later found out these rooms are called the ‘rat pit’. I complained straight away and I did have some straight talking words with night porter Alex. Anyway, everything was sorted out the next day and we got moved the following day to a room higher up! All ended well! Thanks for a great trip.

Lovely hotel and our sea view room was amazing. Spacious balcony with sun beds, tables and chairs. Restaurant food good and offered different variety. Downside was no bar at poolside or beachside. You could get drinks from the bar but had to conquer the steps or wait for lift to get back to pool area. Steps are a theme here- steps between hotel buildings, steps to the beach, steps down to the pool. Need to be fairly agile to manage the steps. Hotel is also very close to Magaluf strip. We visited in September 2019 but imagine the area could be quite noisy in peak season if you were not keen on the nightlife of the area. As a couple at this time of year we enjoyed the hotel. Would have liked to have seen a pool bar - suggestion for the hotel for improvement. Views of beach were brilliant can’t be faulted for that.

We had a fantastic stay in Flamboyan Caribe hotel.Everything was perfect.Very clean hotel with breathtaking view on sea.Lovely staff and very tasty food.I cannot find any negative point.Fabulous.

Great Location
This was my third stay here, but my first not in a Seaview room. I will return, but would always recommend a Seaview room - they are quieter. Loved Foxys Bar which is straight down the steps from the Hotel pool - 10% discount if staying at the Hotel. Excellent Welcome, Great Service, Food, Cold Beer, Ice Cream, & Take away.

The hotel staff at reception try to accommodate as best as possible but apparently they are limited. No kettle in the room. Blankets are uncomfortable. Water in the shower changes temprutere. Poor wifi. But Ana at reception was really nice.

I have e-mailed expedia to complain. The hotel waa closing the day after we checked in & were told st check in. The outdoor swimmimg pool was roped off and all sunbeds removed!!...so we couldn't use the pool or sunbathe or even sit near the pool. The sauna waa not hot enough and Jacuzzi cold with no 'bubbles' the receptionist..male.. stated that an engineer knew but it wouldn't be fixed as hotel waa closing??..there was no heat in the rooms either. The hotel reception Annie advised that you..Expedia..were made aware the hotel was closing and pool closesd!!..why take my booking i have an 8 year old son who wanted to go swimmimg!!!!..on departure today i went to.the ladies toilet & all the toilet roll had been removed from the toilets due to closing..how disgraceful that is for customers using the toilet. I would like to request a full refund for my 1 night stay my son was in tears as wasn't able to swim.

Last day it was raining so nobody used the pool or the sunbeds. Sorry for your impressions, but we feel that we gave a good service until the last day as we had until the last day more than 100 clients staying with us.

Shower = flooded bathroom
Had one of the basic rooms, no balcony but still £100+ per night. The shower tray was tiny which meant the bathroom floor was flooded, slippery and dangerous after each shower. The maid acknowledged the problem by giving extra towels to mop up. In addition, the shower curtain stuck at every movement due to the small tray. Apart from that, ok.

The flamboyan original building has 188 rooms and they have added the caribe building to their room total. The pool can't handle this with only 30 sunbeds which people reserve before going to breakfast. We made use of a pool at another hotel most days! We had a room in Caribe which was not 4* (very dated) and were woken everyday at 8am by noisy cleaning staff moving beds to clean under them. Imagine the sound of a chair being dragged along the floor then triple it! Hotel staff not very friendly unless your are AI. (the wrist band police were rude!). Breakfast very boring and tasteless the juice from the machine tasted like nothing I have ever had before (full of chemicals) Only bonus was the sea view but other hotels offer this so avoid this one!

Close to beach and Magaluf Strip
Just off the strip, close to the beach (it is a fairly steep walk down stairs to get to the beach but not far). Close to bus stop, lots of food and entertainment close by. Sound proofing is not great especially since you have some fairly pickled people coming home early hours of the morning. Generally clean and well maintained. Some beds are a little hard and the pillows are awkward size (only 1). Spa is acceptable but there's not much (Sauna, plunge pool, spa and showers (massage it out sourced so not readily available) Gym.. this is not great! Not much equipment, its fairly old, the rowing machine seat does not slide, cross trainer need a good clean and oil.

On the Beach!!
This amazingly clean, friendly, efficient hotel is situated on the beach. Speedy checkin, helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms, restaurant, swimming pool and soa facility. Fantastic complete breakfast buffet until 10am. Nestled among resturants and shopping stalls. A vacation delight. Island drive with incredible views.

Nice hotel
The hotel is nice, clean and friendly. It was mostly family and mature people. The pool and pool area is quite small so people are out early putting towels on the loungers we couldn't get a lounger at all even although there was nobody sitting on them. The food was lovely and great variety of things to eat. The gym and spa was small and you had to book with £5 deposit, no free wifi in any area which is quite unusual these days, 6 euro per day, no kettle in rooms and although my fridge was working there was a note on the booking form that the fridge was 4 euros per day. I would stay at this hotel again, it is quite peaceful and secure considering its location, but would be prepared for all the extra charges again.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to beach and all the bars and clubs were within walking distance as well as shops, cafes. Another beach was within walking distance also. The food was not great, and drink were cheap but that was ok. There was only entertainment on one night but this was because it was the beginning of the season and I guess there was not a lot of people at the hotel. The spa was ok, the Jacuzzi was not very warm and made a strange gurgling sound which was irritating. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a seafront view from my balcony which was beautiful. The gym was ok although I did not use it, very basic and machinery was old. Katmandu was a great place to go to although the water park there did not open till may but again close enough to walk to from the hotel (10-15 mins). Wifi was 6 euros per day, per device which was irritating as we would have loved free wifi from a 4 star hotel. What made it worse was that I stayed with two others and if it was only 6 euros per room it would not have been so bad but 6 euros per device was ridiculous so even if I had a phone and tablet I would have to pay 12 euros per day! The lift broke down with my cousins in it once, this was sorted by the next day and we had to use the stairs (we were on the 6th floor). After that breakdown lift would alarm with more than 3 people Overall I would stay at this hotel again due to the location and the friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean

A nice modern hotel close to the madness of the 'strip' but in a quiet location. Right on the beach. A nice but small poolarea, overlooking the beach. Some of the rooms inte Caribe (older) building, even as they are advertised and charged as sea view, is actually tree view. The Wifi, wich they charge for does not reach the room inself, but you have to use it in the bathroom or hallway (Caribe building again). The food is buffet style, good, fresh, but might get a bit repetitive if you are on half, full board or all inclusive.The staff is over all friendly.
