A lovely old building, unfortunately a mass renovation was happening when i stayed. Despite that it was still a nice stay. The staff were great, the restaurant good and the room nice.

You get what you paid for.
The hotel has been quite worn out. The room is facing a corridor and the transparent glass door allowed people passing the room could peep the room through the door. No separate bathroom; if you take a shower, whole toilet is totally wet. The hotel is worth for the price you pay, but not more than that. There are not much such as good restaurants around you but you are in the middle of downtown.

Onder de maat. Vooral de badkamer een anfluiting. WC en douche in dezelfde cel. Overal schimmel. Te weinig stopcontacten. Mijn rookvrije kamer lag op dezelfde gang als de ruimte waar gerookt mag worden. Het personeel spreekt geen engels. Ik kreeg pas een upgrade nadat ik geklaagd had op de eennalaatste dag n alleen omdat zij mijn kamr nodig hadden voor een gezelschap.

Slechte service
Kamer 312a zonder WiFi en de deur kon niet op slot. Na melding te hebben gemaakt konden we in eerste instantie tegen meerprijs een deluxe kamer krijgen. Na aandringen deze upgrade gratis gekregen. Op het moment dat we wilden douchen lagen er geen handdoeken klaar. Receptioniste beheerst matig de Engelse taal.

Hotel hanya memberikan peralatan mandi jika diminta, seperti hotel budget aja, atau hotel ini accupancinya tdk pernah seperti saat saya menginap, yaitu 100%, shg kekurangan rasio karyawan, shg pelayanannya menurun
