Our room was in need of renovation. New Year's Eve was chaotic, we had to run for so long with plates on our hands for us and the kids to a huge buffet. In the end we didn't eat anything. The worst thing was that we all got gastroenteritis. It must have been the food or the water there. The hotel does not offer any excursions. There is only one cab driver there who wants to rip off the guests. Stay away better frm these kind of hotels.

The rooms given to us at first were not up to standard, we then changed to rooms that were much better. The WIFI does not work and the food is decent. The staff are incredible which made the experience 10 times better.

Amazing property, with private beach, a small sand island reachable by a short swim. Huge swimming pool (could be deeper, max is 1,60 which is not ideal to dive). Unlimited food, with a rich variety, bar only serve a specific list of alcoholic drinks, but actually they’re not that bad. A la carte restaurants are really bad, they failed to recreate gastronomy of this themed restaurants. Buffet restaurant is way better, they also have themed dinner (eg Spanish, Slavic…). Rooms are comfortable, equipped with the necessary amenities. If you’re a smoker, buy some cigarets packs before because they will charge you twice the price you’d pay in Cairo. The entertaining team is really catchy and there’s a lot of activities for those who want to have some fun in the pool or the beach. Overall, the staff is kind and helpful, but unfortunately there are a lot of tour sellers there, even around the pool, they are a bit persevering, but polite. A bar open until 3:00 would be funnier.

Disappointing service and amenities. Room service took 30 minutes to cook a cheeseburger and another 35 minutes for a pizza on a different day. The house cleaning wouldn't answer the phone and didn't fix the lack of hot water issue. The gym is very small with only 1 treadmill and old equipment that doesn't have numbers on the weights. Location of the resort is isolated, its a 30 minute drive to another restaurant.

•Staff of reception, restaurant, housekeeping and animation are very friendly and helpful especially Ahmed Ibrahim in reception, Essam in animation and Osama in the open buffet restaurant. •The food is not suitable for a 4-star hotel, some breakfast items are poor in quality and variety like cheeses, bakery is very good and service too. •The beach is beautiful, but it lacks a warning to the guest not to pick stones from the seabed and throw it on the beach because of the danger involved. • The only negative comment would be on the old rooms, shabby furniture and frosty appliances such as the minibar .

Worst three days in Hurghada
At the first day food wasn't bad. Second day the rice and chicken wasn’t cooked and I asked chief if tasted before they served said yes ( no comment). Mr. Sherif (assistant head waiter) very helpful and friendly he invited my family and I in oriental restaurant, food was fine but grilled checkin needs to be more marinated as I explained this to him. During check out I spent like 30 minutes try to call the front office to send bell man to carry my bags with no answer and I had to carry them to lobby and when I spoke to receptionist he didn’t even apologize.

Great hotel, pity about other guests.
Really nice hotel, in a great location on a beautful beach setting. Service from all staff very good and helpful, room comfortable and clean. Only downside was the number of ill mannered egyptian holiday makers who could not adhere to the social distancing or hygiene measures in place because of the covid 19 restictions. Otherwise it was a great place to be.

The room allocated was dreadful.I have never had such a room on all my visits to Egypt.The only view was 3 water tanks.Absolutely disgusted. Room was horrible,hardly anything worked properly.I advise that you do not want to stay in block 2.

Please stay away from me this place. I would give it 0 stars if I could! There was no hot water in the room we stayed so they moved us to another "upgraded" room where we had the same problem and the phone didn't work either. Service is absolutely horrible, no one speaks English and no one cares about the guests and everyone has a nasty attitude. We were getting harrassed at the beach literally every 10 seconds by rude and perverted salesmen. We were also charged "New Year's Eve Premium" even though we checked in on January 2nd and don't even think about trying to get a hold of them over the phone, no one ever picks up! I have stayed at numerous all inclusive resorts all over the world and have never experienced anything like this. I would have less regrets had I tossed the money I spent on this place out of the window so please take my word and stay away!

The beach is long & beautiful, pool is large & clean, Animation team & hospitality are the best things in Labranda while restraunt are the worst thing lunch is so bad, salty, not well cooked the same items through 3 successive days, room furniture & bathroom are old needed to be completely changed

Hotel has the best clean beach in the area. Staff are very polite and helpful. I didn’t like the internet there always cut and slow. Room needs to be renovations. Washroom old and smell. This is one of my best staying experiences that I have ever had in terms of hospitality, consideration and decent manners encountered from all staff, starting with the receptionist passing through chefs, clerks and ending to beach guards. I won't think twice of revisiting.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, very hospitable and the food was excellent! There were so many choices they had a barbecue every single day and it was plentiful. The beach was incredible I love that they dug out a little so that I didn’t have to go so far in order to be knee-deep in the water Like in most Red Sea resorts.

Everything was wonderful..staff were very welcoming and friendly..roomservice was outstanding..pool is big and clean..food was tasty with variety..animation team needs to be more creative though..

Nice stay at Labranda club
Great beach and pool. Lots of activities and the animation team is very energetic and friendly. Room service was perfect and check in was quickly and easy. Food tastes good but I didn't like the breakfast very much.

We made four requests for the rooms, three months in advance and when we arrived, none of the requests were fulfilled. Rooms are run down, worst pillows ever, bathtubs are high from the ground and would be a safety issue for anyone with bad knees or for older people trying to get out of the tub. Music is blasting up to 2am or longer and unable to sleep. Checked out early because of the poor service and did not get a refund for the extra nights. Best part of the stay was great for suntanning, you can tan from 10am until after 5pm. But will not stay there again.

Expectations exceeded
Lovely well kept establishment! Highly recommended! Beautiful beach with lots of activities! Even though it was too cold to swim. Staff friendly and helpfull! Food is amazing! Burger house highly recommended! No harassment and asking for tips! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone if you want a relaxing time. Downside: wifi horrible and slow due to too many connections and only accessible in the lobby. Hotel transport and spa is very expensive. Overall i enjoyed my stay a lot!
