So-so stay
We found our 1 bedroom unit to be very cramped for a family of 4. There were some basic things missing (no shampoo, for example) and the resort's hot tub was not actually hot but just warm. The communication was excellent so they get credit for that, but unfortunately this was a very average experience from our point of view.

Hi Matthew,Sorry if your stay was not as good as your expectation. Take note that we are doing all what is possible to make the best stay as possible for all our custumers. First the picture of the condo that we send to each of you is perfectly representative of what you get. And we always included towels and bedding with the location but not shampoo and everything. The hot tub is set for the securtity of everybody and is fixed by the manager of the copropriété. I will send your comment to them to see what it could be done.I wish you a very good day,

Ideal view and clean, but could be improved
+ Wonderful view of the lake! + Clean suite. + Great location. - Spotty WiFi - Hard to balance the temperature in this two-level suite. The ceiling fan was too noisy. - Confusing multiple instructions (contradictory requirements). - The requirement to use the fireplace only with synthetic logs. 3rd floor without elevators might be a problem for some.

Highly recommended
Great location with very nice facilities. We were very happy. It was winter so the outdoor pool and the swimming area were closed naturally. Our unit had a wood fireplace but we didn’t know that so we didn’t bring any wood, you might consider bringing some if you stay there. Cool Murphy bed built into the wall. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were great.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Walking distance from the village, but perfectly quiet (at least now in low/medium season). Fully equipped kitchen. Gorgeous lake view from the bed! I definitely will come back

Small apt, only one usable bed.
Great view of the lake. Nice apartment, decorated nicely, though very small once the Murphy bed is open. The second bed is a sofa bed, which was too uncomfortable to sleep on. I slept on the very short sofa bed, not pulled out. When the listing says two beds, one is too uncomfortable to sleep on...it is a sofa, but not a bed.

Nice hotel, rooms too different
the hotel and the pool was great but the condo was nothing like expected. It was old, with a carpet that had a weird smell, there was no table to eat, and it was old looking.

Nice condo with wonderful views of the lake
This was a last minute get-away weekend and found this condo complex to be excellent. Was called by the front desk on our way to the complex to check on our arrival time so they could assure someone would be there to greet us. I believe each of these are privately owned condos which they are able to then rent out if they would like. This one needed some minor repairs (hot water faucet in the tub get rolling back on its own so you had to turn it on completely, the blinds needed some repairs, the remote needed batteries, the bed needs to be replaced) but the view and the overall feel of the condo was wonderful. I would stay there again for sure.

el mejor lugar para alojarse en Magog
maravilloso condo, con vista al lago Magog, desde el living y el dormitorio, todo muy prolijo y muy completo el equipamiento. El colchón muy blando, pero eso es un tema personal nuestro. El resto, todo magnífico.

Notre appartement était au goût des années 70. Vaisselles à fleurs… Et… Comme on y était que deux jours, on aurait apprécié un petit shampooing dans la douche ou gel douche… on aurait aussi apprécié trois serviettes au lieu de deux par personne. Car si on va à la piscine, on est en manque… Sinon, le site est superbe.

Il s'agit d'un condominium en bord de lac assez bien équipé. Les clés doivent se prendre dans un autre endroit car il n'y a pas de réception sur site. Ceci n'est pas signalé. Il faut appeler pour le savoir.

Depuis maintenant un an nous envoyons un courriel automatisé à chaque location. Dans celui-ci il comporte les sommes de dépôt et de paiement finale aussi au point 3 il est clairement mentionnée de venir récupéré les clés au 4 chemin Couture à Magog. Nous sommes désolé si vous n'avez pas pris connaissance de ce courriel et sommes également désolé des inconvénients que ceci à pu vous causer.
