"Loved the property and on site coffee shop, bar and restaurant - great view of the lake! It was wonderful to be so close to the late and walking trail that went for miles. That was an unexpected treat! The Graduate is kinda in the heart of campus and just a few blocks away from the main action - but one wouldn’t know it! Would totally stay here again on my next trip to Madison. Location was perfect for my trip to the U of W Vet hospital. In the other direction was the Capitol and all of its splendor. A great mix of nature and everything from this hotel! "
