The room that was given first was extremely small. No place to pray Salah. Washroom was very dirty and with no proper place to shower; a small corner. However , when we complained they gave us a bigger room which was only positive thing. Yet carpet was very dirty, washroom was nasty and smelly. Though they offer shuttle bus, if you miss it 25-30 mins walk back to the hotel.

4 Hours Terrible waiting for simple transaction - Stayed in horrible room The lady at the lobby made me wait from 7 AM to 11 AM just to complete a simple transaction even if I already paid for my previous night. The room was horrible. No housekeeping on my 3 days stay No chair in the room Floors are dirty Hair everywhere The bathroom is a complete disaster - not cleaned for years maybe. The nasty dirty floor is not even and water does not flow. The sink is super close to the toilet and can not stand in between. Walls are just patched after construction and look super ugly. Make a good decision AVOID THIS PLACE and DON"T STAY THERE!

The property could be a good place to stay if they just work on cleaning at least, cleanness is hotels lest priority (not acceptable ) Staff is good specially Abdul Rehman on Recieption. They give me a nasty room, which I refuse to take then they gave me reasonably good room. Walk from haram is 25 to 30 min , shutter service not consistent so don’t really on it, in hot weather walking to the haram is a nightmare. Hope my reviews will help a lot of people

Room service is not good you have to request them for room service in the 6 days they only did 2wice service for that I had to ask . bathroom was dirty there is not even wiper to clear off water from the floor.. Bus service is good..

Just okay. The area is not the best, and walking is not an option. The rooms were fine, clean, functional. I think the shuttle is what I have the most issues with. It needs serious improvement. The shuttle bus suggests that they don't care too much, they just provide it as a service to have done so. Hard to pinpoint the exact issue, but the staff doesn't care about effectiveness. A shuttle service needs to balance frequency vs delay. For my entire stay it's been about waiting for the bus to fill up with minimum regards to our time. So you show up early to spend time in haram, but then they wait and wait and the bus is still not full so they wait for 30 mins, which i find disrespectful to those who show on time. What they could've done is did a quick run and came back in time to pick the second group. On the other hand, it it's a busy prayer, they'll leave and say we filled up early often not coming for a second round. Very often they will not have any more runs to the masjid. This service needs someone who takes pride in his work and delivering people to the mosque on time, delicately balancing the options of traffic conditions, coming for second round, or waiting for potential guests. Oh and a WhatsApp group with live location would help a lot

We booked the 3 twin room however hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade us to King bed suite. The room itself was nice and clean however the bathroom needs major update as the tiles were old and rusty and had mold on them. The service staff was really nice and friendly. We didn't get to experience walking around the hotel area as we were only taking taxi to go to Masjid Nabawi. Due to many road closers, getting to the Masjid and back to the hotel was a nightmare.

15 minute walk to the masjid, also has a bus that goes to every prayer for free if you don’t want to walk, allowed us to check in late, has a little cafe on the ground floor, there’s also a mini supermarket and a gift shop pretty much right outside the hotel.

It was okay. Good budget hotel. It does take about 15 mins to walk to haram. The hotel staff is sometimes helpful. They don’t have irons or hair dryers in the hotel.

The staff were very unfriendly. The property lacks hot running water. There were stains on the carpet. There is no blow dryer in the room (and when asked if there was one, the staff at the front desk brushed me away rudely). They only provide 2-3 small water bottles per room per day - which by midday is finished. And if you ask for more water, the staff will rudely say no. The property is run down and needs a lot of repairs and maintenance. Plus, it’s quite a distance from the masjid haram, and the shuttle service is a chaotic mess. Overall, I would NOT recommend this hotel. Pay the extra $$$ and stay closer to the masjid, it’s worth it.

Good hotel
The hotel was good, but little bit far away from Masjid Nabaviy (20 minutes walk). There was shuttle bus from the hotel to the mosque. Room was cleaned every day and they replenished toilet paper, tea, coffee etc. There is a good restaurant near the hotel.
