The villa has an excellent geographical location, is set in a quiet and green, with a splendid mountain views (Penha d 'Eagle) and the sea. Its location allows quick access to the center of the village of Porto da Cruz, where you will find the main services, and the cities of Machico and Santana, just five minutes drive away. The modern villa (built in 2013) brings together all the technical requirements of comfort and safety (thermal and acoustic insulation) for a pleasant stay.

The Earth Baptista is located in the village of Porto da Cruz. This village located on the north coast of Madeira is the ex-libris of the county, where visitors can enjoy tranquility and hospitality times. The location of the villa allows guests a quick accessibility to the south coast and north coast of the island.

2 local bars / coffee with a pleasant, recommended both for visitors and tourists. A bar has free Wi-fi these are also a stopping point for touring the Levada do Castelejo and photo opportunities.

Excellent modern accommodation
Luis helpfully arranged to meet us at a local petrol station to guide us to the property which is high above Porto da Cruz and would have been hard to locate in the dark. It is very spacious with balconies off the bedrooms and fabulous views across to Eagle Mountian and to the sea at Faial and Porto da Cruz. The neighbourhood is quiet and there is a good parking place.

Excellent Villa
The Villa is large , modern and spacious with all the facilities needed to stay (Washing Machine , Good WiFi , TV etc) , The Owner Luís was caring and attentive who came in to give us fresh towels and anything we required. The Villa is located in Porto Da Cruz which makes it close to the Airport and to Attractions such as the Levada Walks (One Levada walk is 2 minute walk away!) , For Shopping we would recommend going to Machico (5 min drive). And a 40 minute drive would get you to Monte Where there is an excellent Botanical garden which has a cable car going to Funchal! I would recommend this Villa to anyone!

Sehr schöne Lage mit phantastischer Aussicht
Wir haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen, die Lage ist toll, nahe am Flughafen (15 min) ohne jeglichen Fluglärm. Organisch gewachsender Ort, keine klassische Touristensiedlung mit einem Bauerngarten direkt vor dem Haus, Ziege, Hühner, ländliche Idylle. Lage im Nordteil der Insel, landschaftlich viel schöner als im Südteil, Blick auf einen grünen Berg und zwei Buchten zum Meer. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, Luis: Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien!! Wir kommen wieder!

Schöne Unterkunft in schöner Lage
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat mit Luis sehr gut funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist riesig, gut eingerichtet und hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Sehr schöne Levadawanderungen entlang der Schlucht von Sao Roque do Faial starten direkt hinter dem Haus und auch der anspruchsvolle und schöne Wanderweg nach Ribeiro Frio beginnt direkt vor Ort. Die Meeresschwimmbäder von Porto da Cruz und Faial sind lohnenswert und bei schlechtem Wetter kann die üppig-grüne Region verlassen werden, um zum schönsten Naturstrand der Insel hinter Canical innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu gelangen In Machico herrscht schon nach wenigen Kilometern Fahrt ein anderes Klima. Wir hatten einen unkomplizierten prima Aufenthalt in Porto da Cruz.

Ferienhaus auf dem Land mit Meerblick
Mr Nunes stellt seinen Gästen ein modernes, gut ausgestattetes Haus zur Verfügung und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Zur ländlichen, sehr ruhigen Lage gehören auch der Vogelgesang am Morgen und das Krähen der Hähne. Ein PS starkes Auto ist nicht nur zum Erreichen des hochgelegenen Hauses notwendig.

Rummeligt moderne hus med sparsom møblering. Smuk udsigt, store panoramavinduer.Tæt på levadaer.
God service fra ejers side m.h.t. udskiftning af håndklæder, skift af sengetøj og fjernelse af affald. Eneste minus var at huset er koldt i feb/mar. måned, da der ingen varme-kilde er bortset fra en lille el-varmeblæser.
