Perfect place to stay with adults, teenager and a pug. Situated in a very central spot close to shops, beach, beautiful park, amusements and dog friendly eateries. Accommodation perfect for our needs, lovely and clean, spacious and absolutely dog friendly. Breakfast was ideal, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast, etc…. Something for everyone. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back next time we visit St Anne’s. Thankyou for making it so special for us .

Everything about our stay was lovely, the room, the food, and the staff couldn't fault. The Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy but it took nothing from a lovely stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on 20th January 2024, after going to a show at the Lowther Pavilion. Lovely friendly welcome on arrival. Single room was comfortable and very clean, toiletries were also provided. There is no bar but we were very welcome next door at the Bedford Hotel and plenty of other options if you wanted to have a drink in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very efficient service and lots of choice catering for all tastes. There is a small car park, but once this is full there is plenty of unlimited parking on the road We would definately stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. 5⭐️ service from checking in, to checking out

We’ve had such a lovely stay! Property location is perfect just a stones throw to the beach and pier arcade. Everything we needed was walkable. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Really quiet nights sleep. Lounge has games for children to play if staying as a family. There’s nothing they haven’t thought of even down to the bottles with lids provided for the children’s breakfast. Our children loved playing with the owners friendly dogs! Nothing was too much trouble and lots of lovely little touches that you don’t get with a big chain hotel. We had a family room and a double room and both were spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Ideal as a couple or a family group. definitely be returning thank you for having us!

A place we have syayed many times, due to it warm and friendly greeting and a perfect location for Saint Annes. A great breakfast was served promptly, served jot, which to be honest doesn't occur very often.

A very enjoyable stay
The wife and I with our two Cockapoos stayed here for a weekend.in December. The Hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the beach and many bars and restaurants (most are dog friendly). The hotel has free onsite parking. On arrival we were shown to our room by the friendly landlady. The room had it's own door to outside which was great as we didn't have to go through the hotel with our dogs. The room was very clean and warm, had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. For breakfast you can take your canine companions if you like. Breakfast was one of the nicest we have ever had, the bacon was delicious. Checkout was at 12 which was great as no need to rush.

I stopped here with my mum as was working in Lytham and going to a gig in Blackpool. It truly was the most lovely B & B I have ever stopped at! Lovely owner and fab waitress doing the breakfast orders. It was spotless and so cosy! Breaky was nice-my mum had a cooked brekkie and it looked lovely. We stayed in a twin room (number 9) which was lovely, with a terraceThe only thing I would say that if you were a larger person, you would maybe struggle a bit with the shower/bathroom as its quite small, but it was great for us. Thank you for a lovely night-I would deffo book again.

The room was a little tired and could do with being updated, very thin walls, you could hear everything that was going on in the hotel, really noisy from the adjacent room from 6 o'clock onwards , and bed not party comfortable, so not a great nights sleep, breakfast was fine

With regard to you comments The bedroom was decorated no more than 2 years ago and the curtains and blinds brand new 3 months ago at great expense The furniture is antique I can only say that it obviously wasent to your taste The entire hotel is decorated to our boutique style I am sorry about the noisy neighbours but unfortunately this was out of our hands As far as the bed is concerned that has a Hypnos mattress one of the most expensive mattresses you can buy and also purchased very recently but beds are a personal choice and we cant please everyone May I suggest next time you visit our area you find one of the more corporate hotels maybe more to your liking !

Great value and fab location!
Really lovely stay - staff were all really friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. My dog had a ball playing with theirs and enjoyed the fuss/treats from the staff. Bed was really comfortable, and it was really clean throughout. Small car park, but not a problem as there is lots of on street parking and it is a short walk to get to the beach, so fantastic location. Will definitely be going back!

Not a boutique hotel
Rather disappointing experience at the so called boutique hotel. Staff were friendly however breakfast was mediocre, rooms tiny with poor soundproofing. Suitcase couldn’t fit in the room. Also only 4-5 very tight parking spaces for 20+ rooms. Seems like the owner has maximised the number of rooms and felt very crowded. Hardly could sit on the toilet seat as room very narrow. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

With regard to your review several points I would like to clear up Firstly we are a fully registered 4 star Boutique Hotel I can only presume that maybe you are a little young to no what Boutique means The car park holds 6 cars comfortably and there is plenty of free unlimited parking directly outside the hotel We have 15 rooms ! As far as the mediocre breakfast you certainly ate enough of it I think 4 courses each ? Certainly glad you wont be visiting us again Obviously not your kind of Hotel maybe try the Travel Lodge next time !

Great place
Great stay, comfy room, extremely clean and tidy throughout the guest house. Breakfast perfect with a great choice and nicely cooked. The owner is lovely and very friendly and answered any questions we had. It was in a great location, not far from St Annes pier and all the shops. Really lovely stay 😊

The hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring the area, near to shops and a variety of hospitality venues. We stayed in a luxury double room which was a good size with lots of storage. The bathroom was also a decent size with walk in shower. The furnishings and decor are 'shabby chic' and traditional. Breakfast was excellent with a good deal of choice and all table service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all good value for money and I would recommend this boutique hotel.
