"Proximity to the river boat ramp was excellant. The property was overall clean and fresh-feeling, although we were dissapointed by the accumuated grime on the outdoor grill and grease in the grease trap which left us with more work to clean than our use necessitated. The arrangement and decor were pleasant and convenient. There were a number of small touches that we enjoyed like firestarters, stocked coffee pods, some books /games and the fresh sponge left out. The hot tub, firepit, screened in back porch with picnic table, and outdoor theater are great features. The link provided with check-in and stay infromation was very helpful, but I would have appreciated a few additional instructions like pointing out the location of the outdoor projector."
