Had Dennys on site 24 hrs which was very good. Carpet in room was very dirty. Bathroom sink water did not go down quickly must be clogged somewhere. When told morning front desk attendant she only said ok ok and didnt really care so i left.

The best thing about this hotel is the incredible front desk staff. They're all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great customer service. The hotel grounds are nice, albeit aged, but the area around it has some people who hang out in the town and may be unhoused or face other challenges. So we made sure to lock our car at night. We would stay there again.

This was a stop on a road trip for a single night. Unplanned just when decided to stop. Staff was super friendly! They made check in very easy and they were very kind.

First time at a Holiday Inn in years, was a little skeptical about the outside at first, it's a little older, but wow i was surprised how nice and clean everything was and the room was spot on..Definitely a great place to stay..

Was disappointed with the lack of handicapped parking in relation to my room. Michala was awesome with explanation and so apologetic. I commend her for her excellent customer skills. She even called the room later to check on everything! Holiday Inn, please consider this when her evaluations. The room itself was very clean with exception of mold on the popcorn ceiling in bath. Maybe revisit ceiling texture gor the bath. Popcorn is hard to clean and not mildew resistant. Flared my allergies.

Guest services was very nice and welcoming! The beds are comfortable and the hotel reasonably clean minus a few things. It is more outdated and not one of the newer updated hotels.

Nice place room and building were okay. The staff specifcally the front desk employees both on check in and check out as well when my wife had a question during our stay. i'd give the experience a 10 out of 10 except for the fact the shower did not have a mat. It's beyond me why there wouldn't be a shower mat given the shower floor is so slippery. Likewisse for not having real soap, again the lady at the front desk took care of us.

Convenient location with lots of restaurants/stores nearby. Easy access off and on to I95. I also like that there's a Denny's in the hotel. If I have late-check in, I can always have a quick dinner. The room near nightstand could have been cleaner. It was a bit dusty. The only other complaint was that on my 2nd night there was a rowdy crowd in rooms nearby and they were a bit noisy.

Bed sheets were very clean and the room was clean. No USB port to charge your phone in the room. Front desk employees at check in was very nice and helpful. Foyer floor looked dated.
