Magical and Musical Stay - Luchese Gem
Prima ... Grazie Mille Anna! If you want to truly experience the charm, serenity, and true soul of Lucca ... This is your home away from home. Anna is simply the best host. Stayed here for 5 weeks. Anna's villa is the perfect combination of authentic Luchese architecture with all of the modern conveniences inside. Outside, beyond my expectations. Every need ... groceries, shopping, cafes, restaurants, history ... Minutes from your front door. And walk the best wall in Italy! Incredible. Already reserved for 2025!

Wonderful property!
This apartment exceeded all expectataions in comfort, location, walkability, and our host, Anna, was responsive at every point - even late check-in. No detail was overlooked. The linens were fantastic, and if you love music, this property is perfect because it is located just next to a music academy and the melodies drift into the apartment delightfully. The terrace overlooking a garden and the Guinigi Tower was perfect for relaxing and sketching. I highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Wonderful Lucca Apartment
Le Melodie Di Lucca is a wonderful apartment in historic city center. No need for a car, the entire city is walkable and contains everything you would need for a pleasant stay. We spent two months at the apartment and found groceries, laundry services, dry cleaner, and great shopping and shipping just steps away! Anna is a very gracious person that was very assessable and answered our questions immediately. We are so happy we choose Le Mediodie di Lucca!

The apartment was just like the online pictures. It was if we were one of the locals. Having the music drift through from the music school was and added bonus. The kitchen was excellent for cooking at home. Also the restaurants we tried on Anna's recommendation were accurate. It was just a fantastic place to stay for our stay in beautiful Lucca. Would highly recommended it to anyone.

Lucca and this beautiful apartment are first class!
This was an amazing apartment that myself and friends loved. The property is spacious, stone floors and walls make you feel like you are living in an ancient dwelling with all the modern conveniences of home. It is right next to the Lucca School of Music and each afternoon beautiful strands of classical music would flood the apartment. We were lucky too, to be able to attend several piano rehearsals at the school that were amazingly good at no charge. Lucca, itself, is a treasure. Not as crowded as Florence with its entire historic city in tact and enclosed by its original medieval walls that are topped with a walking trail for bikes and walkers. Museums, towers to climb, churches to visit, music events & plenty of lovely shops and restaurants add to the charm of this ancient city. We were constantly delighted and did not take all the side trips that we had planned because Lucca had it all. Highly recommend Lucca, the property and our host was top notch. Thanks bunches, Joanna

Perfect central location
Lovely comfortable apartment, centrally located near some delightful restaurants and the main shopping centre. Brilliant to have views of the Guinigi Tower from all the rooms and the outside space on the balcony was an added bonus. Music from the school across the street was lovely for the most part, just not ideal if you want a siesta as it does go on all day. Minor detail though as everything about the apartment was terrific. Thanks to Anna for the excellent communication, meeting us on time and for accommodating our arrival time. Would highly recommend the apartment.

An ideally situated place, Anna welcomed us, suggested supermarket, baker, fruitshop, all very close and easy to find. The appartement met all our needs, was quiet and comfortable.Once I had mastered the old lock on the street door we had absolutely no problems!!!! Any where we wanted to go in Lucca seemed to be even closer than we imagined. We enjoyed the music drifting in from the music school especially when eating on the pato.We look forward to returning . A lovely holiday
Excellent, comfortable apartment, with all facilities, in a central location perfect for exploring Lucca, which is a wonderful place with so much to see and do. It was great to hear the music from the college nearby. Anna was a brilliant host, answering any queries promptly. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment in Lucca
Clean, comfortable and beautiful apartment in Lucca. The terrace, with a view of the Guinigi tower would be great for breakfast or dinner in the summer. The kitchen have everything you nee to prepare a good meal. Anna was very kind and helpful, she also had made a very good booklet with information about the apartment, about Lucca and with great restaurant recommendations. Everything was perfect - highly recommended.

Lovely apartment
We agree with the other reviews of this lovely apartment so we won’t repeat the details. We had a wonderful ten day stay. Anna was very helpful and she even called a taxi to pick us up at the apartment and drive us to our car that we parked for free near the stadium. We highly recommend this apartment.

Loved Lucca and this apartment was perfect
Our third trip to Italy but our first trip to Lucca. We loved the walled city and this apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 10 night stay. It was within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything including several grocery stores and many shops and restaurants. All the windows had views of the Torre Guinigi. We spent many evenings on the terrace enjoying a glass of wine and dinner and the music from the music school nearby was very enjoyable. We took a small group tour to Cinque Terre through Bella Tours that was excellent. Lunch at San Columbana by the train station on the wall was excellent as was dinner at Cantine Bernardini. We had booked Tau Touring to pick us up at Pisa airport and take to Lucca and take us back there again and they were very prompt and friendly. Anna was a great host and was very prompt and helpful responding to any questions before and during our rental. We hope to come back to Lucca and would definately stay here again.

Great location in the centre of Lucca
Le Melodie is situated right in the centre of lucca, a ten minute walk from the train station. The accommodation is very good, with everything you need for your visit. The noises from the music school get on your nerves at times and the lack of air conditioning makes it uncomfortable at times, but overall I would recommend this apartment and would certainly stay there again if I go to lucca in the future.

Apartment is in a good area, nice and quiet and if you like music then you can hear students practising their instruments from the music school opposite. There are also free concerts to go to. Supermarket close by. Good to have a terrace. Anna is very helpful - overall I would recommend this property. Our third visit to Lucca.

Singing Praises
Le Melodie is a great place to stay. Anna responded promptly to booking questions plus gave very helpful information on arrival. The flat, with 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and lovely balcony (which overlooks an interior courtyard), has everything needed and is spotlessly clean. It's in a quieter part of town, yet just a 5 minute walk to the center. There is a supermarket only 5 minutes away, and plenty of other nearby shops and stores. You have a perfect view of the Guinigi Tower from the balcony. It's an easy walk, even with luggage, from the train station. All in all, I highly recommend Le Melodie di Lucca!

I'm sorry you didn't fully appreciate the apartment. I can assure you that having a terrace in the historic center of Lucca is a luxury, even if it is only 12 square meters. Furthermore, all the rooms have one or even two full-size windows that overlook a large and pleasant garden.

Prima woning, lekker buitenterrasje. De tweede slaapkamer is minder geschikt voor stellen omdat de bedden in hoogte van elkaar verschillen.

dejlig feriebolig i Lucca
Ferieboligen er dejlig og ligger fantastisk godt i Lucca. Det kan kun siges positivt om udlejeren. Vi havde lejet boligen til 5 personer, men blev kun 4. Det var godt , at vi ikke var 5 personer, da spisebordet på balkonen slet ikke kunne rumme så mange personer, dårlig nok 4. Desuden skulle sofaen i stuen tages i brug som soveplads, og dette gav kun den lille balkon til rådighed som opholdsareal sammen med køkkenet. Heldigvis havde vi godt vejr, så for os var det ikke et problem. Alt i alt var det en rigtig dejlig feriebolig til 4 personer.

Simply perfect!
We stayed at Melodie di Lucca for one week. Everything there was perfect, starting from the communication with Anna, moving forward to the check-in process (meeting at the garage, explanation on how it works there, finally Anna guiding us to the apartment and already giving suggestions for dinner on the way. The apartment itself is exactly matching the beautiful pictures, has everything you may need for an independent stay, and the cute terrace is the perfect place to step back and relax by having a nice drink. Furthermore it is in walking distance to all historical highlights of Lucca, very nice restaurants and bars. We definitely recommend this apartment, and we will try to book it again, as soon as we will come back to Lucca one day! Thanks again to Anna and Melodie di Lucca!

Sehr zentral und ruhig - ideal für Familien mit 2 Kindern
Wir waren 4 Tage über Pfingsten 2019 in Lucca. Die Lage - 250m vom Anfiteatro und 100m von der Torre Guinighi (der Turm mit den Bäumen drauf) bot den Vorteil, mit den Kindern immer wieder mal zuhause zu pausieren. 1. OG ist dankbar - nicht so heiss und man ist schnell wieder auf der Gasse. Netter Empfang durch Gastgeber Anna und Gabriel trotz 2 Std. Verspätung. Grundstock an Kaffee, Tee, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Salz und Zucker ist da. Wohnung ist tadellos. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirrspülmaschine - alles da. Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen haben wir nicht benutzt. Nette Balkonterrasse inmitten von Jasmin, Oleander und Palmen mit Blick auf den Turm Guinighi. 20m weiter ist das erste Café mit Espresso und Cornetti auch zum mitnehmen in die Wohnung. 200m weiter ein Conad-Supermarkt. Parken ideal im Parcheggio Mazzini 20 Euro/24 Std.. Fahrräder mieten z.B. bei Cicli Rai Erw. 4€/Std. oder 20/Tag, Kinderfahrrad 10€/Tag.

Bel appartamento centralissimo ma tranquillo
Spazioso appartamento al primo piano. Anche a fine agosto non era caldo. Dal piccolo terrazzo si vede Torre Guinigi. L'arredamento non è modernissimo ma tutto funziona bene, TV e WiFi compreso. La scuola di musica "Boccherini" non dà fastidio, anzi, era bello sentire un po' di pianoforte. Tutto sommato una bella vacanze, grazie anche alla gentilissima proprietaria.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und vor allem der Balkon hat es einem sofort angetan. Die Vermieterin Anna hilft gerne bei Fragen oder Problemen weiter. Nach einem anstrendendem Tag unterwegs, ist es eine Wohltat bei einem lauen Lüftchen Abends auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Da die Mauern sehr dick sind, wird auch überhaupt keine Klimaanlage benötigt.

L'appartement est confortable, très bien situé et calme. Le jardin sous les fenêtres et une terrasse lui conférent un grand charme. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des commerces, de la gare et des sites historiques, ainsi que des nombreuses possibilités d'écouter la musique et le chat grâce aux multiples concerts et festivals se déroulant un peu partout en ville. Very nice apartment in quiet neighbourhood, central for exploring Lucca and surroundings.
God kontakt med udlejer - Anna - fra begyndelsen. Varm velkomst og friske blomster på bordet, og koldt vand i køleskabet ved ankomsten. Anna holdt os orienteret under hele vores ophold, og sendte os endda en "sikker tur hjem" besked ved afrejse. Lejligheden er beliggende i et stille kvarter tæt på alting. Parkering, shopping, Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, togstationen, cykel-udlejning, Med andre ord-alt. Lejligheden er rene og godt udstyret. Den har en dejlig terrasse, med udsigt over en have og til Torre Guinigi. Godt køkken, hvis du skulle få lyst til at prøve italiensk kogekunst. Godt badeværelse. Gode ​​senge. Og en super WiFi-forbindelse. Alt i alt kan vi kun anbefale dette skønne og og rare sted at par eller familier der ønsker at holde ferie i Lucca. Good contact with the landlord - Anna - from the beginning. Worm wellcom and fresh flowers on the table, and cold wather in the fridge on arrival. Anna kept us informed during our whole stay, and even sendt us a "safe trip home" message on departure. The apartment is situated in a quiret neighbourhood close to everything. Parking, shopping, Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, the train station, bike-rentals, In other words- everything. The apartment is clean and well equipped. It has a nice terrasse, with view over a garden, and to Torre Guinigi. Good kitchen, if you should want to do some Italian cooking. Good bathroom. Good beds. And a super WiFi. All in all we can only recommend this beautifull and nice place to couples or family's who wants to stay in Lucca.

The apartment is in a very quite area of the city centre. In the afternoon sometimes when you open the windows you can hear the lovely melody from the classical music school Boccherini. The apartment is comfortable and clean, with everything you need, the terrace is very beatiful and the night you can see Torre Guinigi lit.

Wonderful and very relaxing view
LE MELODIE DI LUCCA is in the historical centre. The area is quite and the apartment's terrace overlooking a very relaxing green space. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped, clean, the rooms are spacious, bright and you can see the ancient TORRE GUINIGI from the windows. There are several good restaurants in the city and the train station is within walking distance. Anna is friendly and provided helpful information. We recommend it.
