I paid $125 per night for a $35 night hotel. They definitely over charged. Bathroom dirty, drain didn’t drain well, toilet broken, tv didn’t work, holes in wall, phone broken. They charged us for bottled water one day but not another. Broken light switch.

Extremely gross Wyndham property! Horrible stinch in halls. Smell in rooms worse. Bloody, dirty sheets, cigarette burns in blankets, no bedspreads, holes in curtains, stained towels, vending machines broken, various “deals” occurring outside office and in parking lot. Unbelievable that Wyndham would own such a disgusting property!! Should be called “Red Light Special.”

If you are looking for some place cheap to stay. This is it. Just dont expect it to be nice. The facilities are in disrepair and had a bad odor. When we got to the room, the air was off so the room was stiffling hot and had a stench that never left the room. The shower was filthy, so we didnt even bother trying. You will probably want to pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

The girl at the front desk when we checked in was the best part of the stay. She was helpful and friendly. The room didn't appear to have been updated in at least ten years. Paint chipping, cigarette burns in the bedding, very thin, very old fleece blanket and a sheet were the only bedding, door safety latch was barely hanging on. Outside there was people sitting on the curb smoking, first floor hall smelled like marijuana (non smoking hotel).

Bugs in bathroom and bed. Stained sheets. Smell in room. Pictures of the hotel are deceiving. Once I arrived I cancelled but Expedia and hotel never refunded money even though I complained and others were complaining too. I would never recommend this hotel, EVER.

This property is condemnable - filthy place, linens - including holes in towels, ragged and torn curtains, black mold in bath tub, an absolutely disgusting and cringeworthy room.

My review may be really bad but the staff was awesome. They work in a crummy motel and there is only so much they are able to do about that. The room was disgusting. The smell of the room was horrible, the sheets had burn marks in them and the toilet seat along with the shower were all stained. But again the staff was incredible just wanna emphasize on that.

The worst hotel in Louisville, maybe the world. Be prepared for a $40 cash deposit (that is returned once they go check your room out when you check out). Dead cockroaches in the refrigerator. Floors were caving in. The hotel is a no smoking hotel but our room smelled like 1,000 cigarettes had just been smoked in it. Whole place is falling apart. Front desk people were friendly enough though which is about the only redeeming quality

We had no key for the room we were put in, management had to let us in every time we left! First room we were given didn’t have a t.v in it and smelled of mildew second room still no key but did have a t.v but the heat didn’t work and we had no toilet paper and when we asked for some was told it would be 9am when housekeeping got there! If you’re desperate it’ll work!

The airport shuttle was broken down. That was the ONLY reason I picked this hotel. Clerk told me to get an Uber to the airport but it was a super early pickup and flight...so I left. Couldn't risk missing the flight. The place was pretty run down. Very disappointed.

I was surprised I booked this property based on other reviews but I did. When I checked in I was told the only room with a queen bed they had left had no TV. I said ok; I'll just use WIFI (which never connected so I used my hotspot). I got to my room on the third floor and the first thing I did was kill a large bug. Then I noticed my door had no security bolt. I was up at 6 a.m. listening to other guests yelling at each other using foul language, including the N word. I wish I had that bolt. I couldn't leave fast enough but also understand I booked it without reading previous reviews.

The front desk staff were nice and friendly and the lobby looked updated and nice. The room was another story. It was shabby. The blankets had holes in them and one of the beds had a huge sage in the middle. The towels and sheet were worn and looked liked they were not clean. The toilet barley worked. It’s a low price for a reason.

Room was clean, bathroom needed a lot of repairs. no knob on tub, shower curtain rod was loose, towel rack came loose when I placed my towel on it, and towels need replaced. took two to dry my body. Didn't expect a lot for the price. but expected things to be in better shape. also need to replace commodes with chair height. older people have a hard time with lower ones.

Just look elsewhere!
Immediately upon walking in, the smell of cigarettes and air freshener was overwhelming and sickening—literally burning our noses. Inside the room, the smell wasn’t that much better, but more tolerable to a degree. That wasn’t the least of the issues, though. The vinyl flooring was buckling and wavy, creating a trip hazard. The thin mattress and stained comforter was plain gross. The toilet seat was broken and hanging on one latch. The breakfast was lacking choices of much of anything—the juice machine was even broken. AND the kicker…there was NO HOT WATER in the whole hotel. Their boiler had apparently flooded the night before and they didn’t know when it could be fixed. So, showering in ice cold water was our only option—which we didn’t do! Not ok when we were there for a networking weekend for our business. We decided to check out after that first night, asking for a refund for the second night. They fobbed off the request and never returned our call or money! We probably would have tolerated everything else and stayed the second night, but not being able to shower was the last straw. I understand that things break (the boiler), but they didn’t even try to make it right with the customer. Side note, they were doing laundry in that cold water—I believe all hotel laundry needs to be washed in HOT water.

A horrible nightmare.
The reason I chose this motel,it was close to work. The room they put us in looked like the couple that stayed there punched a hole in the bathroom door, tore the towel rack off the wall,tore the fire alarm off the wall. Do i need to go on? Yes there was a huge bed bug crawling across our pillow. Of course i killed it. It left a blood stain on the pillow case. My moped was locked up on the side of the building. Someone cut the lock an took my only means of transportation. Its been hell!!!!!!!

The stay was good. The breakfast was completely cleaned up at 8:50 am and the drink machine was out of order. So I couldn't get O.J. wow so disappointing! They had bed bugs in my room. Only one garbage can that was in the bathroom. A big hole under the new floor when you enter the bathroom. So be careful going in and out. Put your clothes on the desk so you don't carry those bugs home.
