"What a great night! The host welcomed us very nicely although we came late after dark, we found the place to be easy to find, spotless, and extremely well renovated. We enjoyed the large size of the bedroom and the up to date bathroom. Breakfast was great. Thank you for the excellent service!"

" A 200 year old Chateau in the center of the charming village of Agen. Talk about character! Host couldn't have been nicer. Spotless. Wonderful continental breakfast with fresh pastries cheese and the local specialty prunes. Reasonably priced. Wish we could have stayed longer! Bravo!"

"Lovely building and we had a really excellent dinner - the catering team was changing so they weren't on their new menu yet so what we had was effectively a one-off. Lots of attention from the chap who was taking over the running of the kitchen. We had an automatic email from the property saying we had pre-payed but when we checked out we were told we hadn't. That caused some confusion especially as the man at checkout kept referring to our Expedia booking - I know Hotels.com is part to Expedia...

"Rooms and hotel very tired. Rooms were not cleaned, beds not made and no more provisions on second day. Run out of tissues, nearly out of toilet paper. Rooms and hotel in general smelt of sewage. reception rarley opend. Could not leave bags. Owner very huffy when we asked for two tea bags on second day. Wish Hotel.com had not listed it. Worse hotel I have stayed in for a long time."
